Guests can expect to indulge in Top Chef Canada alum Mayekar’s bold cooking, featuring creative flavour-packed dishes that highlight the unique spices from cuisines around the world with local ingredients, alongside Winnie Sun’s inventive, element-inspired and sustainability-driven cocktails.ELEM’s food menu is an exploration of flavours and spices from all corners of the world, including Bangkok, California, Spain, Mexico, Italy, and Mumbai – all inspired by Mayekar’s extensive travels and Indian heritage. There will also be a big focus on local BC-grown ingredients. The 2,946 square foot, 76-seat space was designed by Vancouver-based Marko Simcich Architect and features three dining spaces and an open window into the kitchen to see the chefs at work.

    The food was delicious! Definitely try the bang bang shrimp and the beef tataki. The gluten free pasta is amazing. We were there for Dine Out and the tasting menu was incredible and the wine pairings complimented the food perfectly. Definitely recommend.

    We tried all the preset platters of sashimi, sushi, and nigiri as well as the scallop and lobster appetizers. They were all super delicious, the service was amazing. The paper crane cocktail was delicious and comes with a little mini origami crane which was so cool! The bergamot sour was also delicious. Everything we tried was amazing but the scallop appetizer and the Miku sushi roll in the platter was super tasty... we ordered it separately after!

    Fantastic experience. I had a reso in the dining area but mentioned preference for the bar. It was full but they re-seated us within 10 minutes, which was so sweet. Great interactions with the staff and felt very looked after. The Margherita pizza is to die for!! My go to here.

    The 5 of us had a fantastic evening, the staff and service were spectacular. Food was excellent,hot and fresh straight from the kitchen, our server was professional, friendly and efficient as always. The seven of us ladies get together often throughout the year our favorite choice is Earls in Yaletown. And our tradition at Christmas is always Earls in Yaletown.
