    Local Eatery is a gem, one of the best dinners anywhere. Service was attentive and thoughtful, menu was varied but not overwhelming with great seasonal choices. Appetizer, main courses and main courses were wonderful (loved both the gnocchi Bolognese and rabbit with gouda mashed potatoes) and the desserts included the most amazing chocolate ganache and honey spice cake with rhubarb sauce. It was moderately loud only because a loud group happened to be at the next table. We plan to come back when we're next in the area to see what's next!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The special fiddlehead and ramps appetizer was amazing. The dining room was very quiet as it was mostly empty. Loved being able to hear my dining companion.
