Crab cakes, oysters and bbq shrimp were amazing. Our server, Mary, was amazing and made our night. Highly recommend this restaurant

This is one of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. I took a number of the review suggestions and ordered them. Started with the lobster dumplings, beet salad, swordfish (hubby), scalibut (me), then the salty malty ice cream for dessert. The scalibut was AMAZING! The rolls were over the top. I was worried about the dessert because I am not a malt fan but this dessert was so good. Highly recommend GW Fins, but make a reservation as this restaurant is extremely popular. Note there is a dress code. But the dress code is very reasonable.

Best experience of our long weekend. We reserved and indicated we were celebrating both a landmark birthday and anniversary. They decorated the table with ribbons so that every staff member “knew” and took time to give genuine congratulations. Definitely a dress up special event place and a chance to have unique and creative menu items. And of course - had to do the bananas foster.

we were in the Westbank and looking for a place to try and noticed legacy kitchens steak and chop so decided to check it out. we started off with the spinach dip - the dip was good but the chips were amazing! some of the best chips that we’ve tried in the city. we then got a cheeseburger, seafood platter and mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. the mashed potatoes were decent, the teriyaki sauce on the sprouts was really good, the burger was cooked well and had good flavor, and the seafood had big seafood and plenty of it. overall good flavor and good portion size ambiance of the restaurant was nice and service was good. overall a good experience
