I loove the ambience of Ristorante del Lago!!! Like all of the Broadmoor, the ambience is perfection. The staff is impeccable, the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Ariel, Brian, Nicolas, our sommelier, Ben ~ all lovely. The disappointment was in my meal. I ordered the lobster parpadelle. It was so completely Bland I had to keep adding salt and pepper flakes, just to give it Any flavor. My friend ordered one of the specials and described it as “meh”. We don’t eat out much so this was a special treat, so we were bummed that it wasn’t even what we could describe as Good, much less delicious. Our husbands both ordered the veal and they enjoyed their meals. This was a special event, as tomorrow I’m moving out of state and I wanted my “last meal” to be at the Broadmoor, as well as thanking our friends for helping us move. The overall experience is always wonderful here. I’m not writing this to discourage anyone from coming to this special place. I just would like to see the chef Up their Flavor Game!!! Considerably! {The desserts were delicious!!}

Raymond our server was excellent! He made the meal with his knowledge and excellent service.

I can’t say enough about the service. We messed up our reservation. We thought we had reservations for the Bowling alley and for the restaurant. The Hostess Brook apologized for what was my mistake. We sat and had drinks before our dinner. Gabrielle, our server was attentive and greeted us with a smile. Before dinner the hostess Brook recognize we were still there and asked if we wanted to fill in a cancellation slot! I believe she went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We were also excited to see that we had Gabrielle as our server once we got to our bowling lane. Overall great experience and would recommend to anybody staying at the Broadmoor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved our dinner here at the Bee. If you have not been before, they throw a bee patch that sticks to your shirt. I had the lamb shank and it was amazing. It was crowded and a little noisy but it was right before Christmas so that was expected. We had a reservation and we were seated right away and our service was excellent. Definitely a must when at The Broadmoor.
