Contemporary American | Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, The Strip

Came here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Initially chose this spot because the Wynn and Encore are beautiful hotels, but was glad that Jardin was a great experience. The dishes are not small like at some fancy restaurants so it didn't feel like we were paying for overpriced appetizers. The chocolate mousse desert was the highlight of the dinner, it came out looking like a pot of flowers and dirt with a Happy Anniversary sign. Thanks Jardin! More

Fantastic food from the bread to the chips the steak and the portions were large. Our server Lenore was very pleasant and kind to talk to but as it was a monday night service could differ if the place was busier. Our server Lenore even arranged a huge slice of chocolate cake as we'd just been married. The view is also outstanding and the main reason i booked. More

I absolutely loved the Bahn Mi loaded fries. What a creative combo. The drinks were absolutely fantastic. The best we had all week. I loved watching the fountains. A gorgeous break from the hustle of the strip but still close enough to be a part of it. My new favorite spot! More

Ordered the daily special/"secret menu" blue cheese crumble burger with mesquite fries. After a 20-25 minute wait, was told the main ingredient (blue cheese crumble) was not available (...explanation from kitchen was that the "crumble' was ordered, but they received blue cheese dressing instead...). So, my "special" burger was, in fact, a very regular burger.... More

Discover Las Vegas

Second only to gambling the world’s most recognizable gaming destination, restaurant culture in Las Vegas is loud and proud. A popular outpost for Food Network stars’ restaurant offshoots or New York and Los Angeles restaurateurs looking for space and an eager audience, Las Vegas has been a real player on the culinary scene for years, despite its landlocked situation (unsustainable though it may seem, fish abounds.) In addition to the glitzy big names of casino restaurants, the city off-the-strip is dotted with strip malls many of which have become food destinations of their own. Whether its regional thai or better sushi than you ever thought could be served in the desert, the world is your, figurative, oyster in Vegas.
