Wonderful to be back at one of our favorite restaurants.
Dinner was excellent. Server was fantastic. Did not rush us. Tables were spread apart.
This was our 2nd time at the Restaurant (the 1st visit was good) and it was absolutely terrible! Service was terrible food was less than mediocre! They have not made any effort of recognizing my Birthday. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed! Overpriced and very negligent restaurant>>>
Seems to have been an off night. It took over an hour after our appetizers arrived for us to get our entree. We were the first seated in the dining room and every other table that came way after us was served and finished eating before we got our entree. We were told it was because those tables had ordered meals that were easier to prepare, then that there was a big party in one room, then ??? After all that time, one of our guests got the wrong meal - we were afraid to send it back as we may never have eaten. One steak came out rare/mid-rare when the requested temperature was medium. We did send that back and it came out no better so we gave up.
The waiter tried his best. He gave us a free bottle of wine to drink while we waited and he tried to give us what we thought was a palette cleanser but which was actually vanilla ice cream - odd choice before receiving our entrees.
The soup and the dessert were delicious.
This is the place to dine when in Williamsburg. The food was delicious and plentiful The price is amazing. We had the french onion soup , crab cake and crab crepe and then dessert. Both the desserts, the creme brûlée and the lemon mousse were delectable. This is a go to restaurant. If you do not go here, you will miss a lot
Le Yaca is a fabulous restaurant with excellent cuisine and service. Their 3-course meals offer very high value!
Service was slower than normal and our server forgot to place my entree order. Ended up canceling my entree. Others in our party had a nice meal.
Our group enjoyed a delicious prix fixe lunch outdoors on the beautifully appointed patio. Our server was attentive, and the quality of the food was comparable to fare served in excellent restaurants in larger cities. The warm, house-made bread was a memorable start, & the mixed drinks we ordered (Joy, Harbor Breeze) were beautifully presented and tasted great My crabcake entree was absolutely perfect, almost entirely lump crab meat, balanced atop a delicate portion of scalloped potatoes and drizzled with a light beurre blanc. My companions also enjoyed the salmon and crepe entrées. The lemon mousse dessert with raspberry coulis received rave reviews from all. Just a lovely experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to return!
Fabulous as always!
Delicious French-inspired cuisine. Be sure to try the escargots appetizer!
Minh our server was great! He knows a lot about food and recommended the price fix menus. The salmon I had may have been the best I have had out.
What we love about Le Yaca is that the food is dependably excellent, the service is very good if not excellent too and nice wines , a good happy hour "bar" menu" and a lovely out doors patio.
Enjoyed our dinner. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.
Great for an anniversary, excellent food
Went for a romantic lunch and was not disappointed. Food was outstanding and so was the service. Would definitely return next time in town.
Wonderful 3-course prix fixe lunch with many choices. A special occasion restaurant, when you want to treat yourself or have a lovely lunch with family or friends.
I hadn’t been there in a long time—everything was as good as ever. The food was spectacular. The wine selection was extensive and excellent.
Very reasonable snd a fabulous meal.
You can't go wrong dining at LeYucca for lunch or supper.
Outstanding food, service and ambiance. My crab dinner was tender and flavorful. You cannot go wrong with Le Yaca.
Le Yaca has always been our favorite restaurant to go to lunch. I am a restaurant owner in Williamsburg have been dining at La Yaca for over 30 years. Food and Service are always on point. We love to take our now "adult children" and their families to La Yaca for lunch.
Best restaurant in Williamsburg without question.
Le Yaca is a special place for celebrations. It is a bit pricey but acceptable for special ocassions. Very few persons of color were observed in either the staff or the guests, however.
My favorite restaurant. The food is out of this world.
The service is always excellent. The price is excellent
Value. I dine there as often as I can
Had the fixed cost three course lunch. Choices were many and the food was excellent
excellent food quality and good service. this is one of the best restaurants in the area.
Lovely brunch as usual. Prices have increased slightly due to the limited seating. Good service. This is Williamsburg's best restaurant.
In all my visits to Williamsburg over the years, I have no idea how I missed this jewel of a restaurant. What a perfect way to spend my birthday!! Brunch was excellent and service was impeccable. It was my first visit to this restaurant but certainly not my last!!
Le Yaca NEVER disappoints! The food and service are exceptional.
Fabulous as always. My favorite restaurant in williamsburg, a must-go for all.
As always Le Yaca delivers traditional French food in a lovely atmosphere with an old world atmosphere. Although I didn't see the gigot d'agneau on the spit this time (probably wasn't seated close enough to it!).
I’ve been dining at Le Yaca - it’s over 30 years! Still love it. Had a beautiful dinner with friends, the dishes were to die for - I had the salmon crudo and the lamb. Minh, my favorite server for over 15 years was phenomenal as always!
My husband said his crab cake was the best he ever had. We all loved our meals.
While vacationing, we enjoyed a late weekday lunch, chose outdoor seating. The patio was quite pleasant on this sunny but slightly cool April day, with heaters providing a bit of warmth for diners. Excellent service. Very nice menu selection-we chose to order from the prix fixe lunch menu. ($25) Main courses we chose were fresh and delicious; perfectly prepared haddock (the fish of the day), and day boat scallops and red shrimp with vegetables,au gratin. A bit disappointing were the soups-the onion soup and the soup du jour, a lentil and sausage, lacked flavor, in our opinions. Desserts were small but satisfying and nicely presented. Would definitely like to return.
Le Yaca is the place to be for great service, wonderful food, served in a relaxing comfortable environment!
We always enjoy LeYaca. This visit was our first in about a year. Same high quality as before.
From Ming our wait person to the food 4.5. The fake flowers in the table was not at all consistent with the high stands you seem to want to adhere to.
Lovely prices fairer luncheon. I had onion soup to start. Lovely. My husband had salad with wonderful Dijoin dressing. Dessert was a memorable citron mousse with raspberry coulis. My husband said his flourless chocolate ale was jaw dropping. Would recommend this restaurant anytime
Awesome ambience, loved the food and the service. Great place to dine!!!
We had a wonderful meal . The onion soup is unbelievable ! we had shrimp and risotto which was the best risotto I’ve ever had and the dessert was a cake with chocolate and coconut mousse layers it was a very special meal and I loved spending my birthday there
I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food, service and ambiance were all great. Wonderful for groups or romantic occasion.
