The food is organic and local whenever possible and all poultry and meats are from farms that treat animals humanely.
The ambiance is modish but relaxed. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Not first time at Lido. It's uneven, sometimes better than others. Three out of the four mains were pretty good, although in one of them, parts of a pork chop were uncooked (I don't like meat overcooked either; this bit was raw) so I had to have that cooked a bit more. The fourth main, I am told by the family member who ate it, was just average. They didn't seem to know about our reservation and table service wasn't great; took our food order without asking if we wanted drinks, and didn't bring any bread or anything for hungry people while we waited. So a mixed experience this visit, but we would still return in the future.
Excellent food as always! We came here last year because we fell in love with the veal meatballs, pasta, and service. Always a great place to visit!! Can't wait to come back!
I requested a booth seat in my reservation with open table and didn’t get one.
Fantastic Mother’s Day brunch. Highly recommend!
The service was amazing, the food is delicious, and my server Joshua was on top of those bottomless mimosa refills! My favorite brunch spot in the city!
We surprised my mom with brunch here this past Mother's Day. The place is very cozy. Good ambiance, and attentive serving staff. They even accommodated us when we asked for outdoor seating.
They have bottomless mimosas; and their short ribs are outstanding. My mom had a lovely time.
Great service and atmosphere. Food is always superb.
Great place for a birthday or just to meet up with friends. You definitely get your money’s worth. The service was phenomenal.
Squid ink linguine is the bomb
I have been going to Lido's for about 5 years now and every time I go the food is always amazing. However, this past Sunday I went and I ordered my favorite thing on the menu, the Spaghetti with veal meatballs and I must say I was disappointed. The meatballs were much smaller than I remembered, a little cold and not tender like they always were. I remember they use to fall apart as soon as my knife went through them, but that was not the case at all this time. I probably ate one and a half meatballs because it was not good. I really hope that this was just an off day for them and that the recipe has not been changed.
First time here, brunch was absolutely delicious. Staff very attentive when it came to refilling our glasses lol Very nice crowd, actually met some wonderful people at tables around us. I will definitely be back 😊
A cute little restaurant in the heart of Harlem conveniently located near the subway. Brunch on Sunday was amazing, they offer Bottomless Mimosa for $16 and the staff is not stingy! Last pour is at 3:30. I strongly suggest making a reservation because seating is tight. They have a Brunch menu with small plate items and full entrees.
The waiter wasn’t friendly (Chris). He kept rushing us so we just asked for the check. Had he not been rude, we would have stayed and had more overpriced drinks. The food was pretty good just like last time. There’s good food everywhere, customer service really matters to me so I won’t be returning.
The food was just okay. Nothing exceptional but nice for groups. Don't sit at the bar as the seats are not designed for sitting extended period. The hostess was less than pleasant and we found the bathroom poorly maintained. Our waiter was good when he came by😉 we will visit again but not spectacular and portions a bit small..
We went on Easter Sunday- and in spite of the crowd the service was fantastic. Our meal was out to us in less than 10 min.
The food was well made and fresh- and everything we expected and more.
The only downside was that the tables are very very close together and so there is no privacy and its very loud.
Make a reservation- we went the prior Sunday (Palm Sunday) and there was a 3 hr wait for a table without reservations.
I would like to go try the dinner there because I only had the brunch food.
Delicious food and fantastic service! The Cheesy Parmesan Garlic Bread and the Polenta Fries are a must have! The sacchetti was also delicious! Highly recommend!
Amazing as always
Very attentive small but delicious boite right in Harlem.
The staff were very accommodating and went over and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Thank you!
Excellent as always
Excellent food wonderful accommodating staff lovely room good time had by alllllll!
Delicious food, creative menu, though the menu doesn't change very much.
The noise level can be painful.
Delicious food and good service in cute neighborhood restaurant. 1 block from C train.
Must be one if not the best Italian restaurants in Harlem.
Great service to go with a excellent lunch
This was my daughter and my first time at Lido’s as we’re both Harlem residents. We love “brunching” and was determined to find a new place to chow down. We were kind of skeptical when we came across Lido, but we were not disappointed. The food as well as the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!
Great brunch w/ 2 hour bottomless mimosas. Would definitely eat here again.
Had a wonderful lunch celebrating two birthdays with family from out of town! We appreciate that the restaurant was able to accommodate special diet needs (no salt diet). We will return!
I’m new to the neighborhood and wanted something different. It was nice but great. I was hoping to find a foot Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. The people were extremely attentive. Their Winter Menu was not that impressive.
Food is overrated. I had the black linguine with seafood. Except for the squid the seafood was almost nonexistent. Friends had the veal meatballs with pasta, she was not impressed with the pasta, another had salmon and the other had mussels which they were pleased with. We also had the bread pudding and the apple cake. Bread pudding was good apple cake huh.
Very accommodating. Table was reserved even though the place was packed. Prices very reasonable. Would return. Place loud though so be prepared to use your vocals.
Although the food and server were fantastic,
we arrived 10min early, and told our table was not ready unless we wanted patio seating. The restaurant was completely empty. We decided to wait at the bar. After 5min the manager passed by, we asked him why this policy is in effect, when no reservation has arrived yet other than us. He apologized and called it a “miss understanding” by the hostess. I have been in the restaurant/ hospitality industry for over 20 years. Call me crazy, I have always preferred to make money with the reservation that is already there, and re-work my floor, than potentially lose business.
Great service and an excellent meal
Fun neighborhood spot. Place is cramped tho with tons of awkwardly arranged tables. Food delicious. I recommend the squid ink pasta with seafood.
Excellent first dinner in NYC after our flight and jet-lag
Delicious, as always. The service was a little inattentive but not horrible.
I always love Lido. Exec Chef Serena Bass changed the salmon dish. The new variation is delicious, too!!
Love this neighborhood gem of an eatery. Good atmosphere, great staff, delightful and friendly bartenders and waiters serving delicious foods! Great place to hang out and lunch or dine with your best friends!
Upscale W. Harlem dining.
