We had the Taste of Canoe experience with wine pairing and it was a memorable evening. Nick was an amazing, knowledgeable server with assists from too many to mention. The view from the 54th floor did not disappoint either. My words cannot do justice to the curated menu and creatively plated courses. Be good to yourself and make a reservation.

The sommelier was especially helpful, listening to descriptions of the types of wine we enjoy and matching us to a wine that suited us perfectly and didn't break the bank. We had a lovely experience at Chameleon! Our server was attentive and friendly! The food was delicious. It is a great spot to celebrate a birthday! Birthday girl had a nice evening out! We wish we had our main meals sooner as the kitchen got really busy at one point and we had waited for our entrees for quite a while. The ribeyes were a bit on the rare side (we are ordered medium rare - medium). We were offered 2 complimentary desserts for the long wait. Desserts were amazing! The carrot cake dessert was quickly devoured but the ube cheesecake was the star of the night! Overall it was a wonderful dining experience and our server was amazing!

We appreciated the nice assortment of small plates available. We shared the chicken liver pate which was nicely presented with cherry jam and interesting pickles. I had the local shellfish. It looked small when it arrived, but there was plenty to eat. My husband enjoyed the tuna crudo. We ended with the lemon posset, which was my least favorite dish of the evening. It was my first time trying a posset and I found it a bit too rich for my taste. The lemon shortbread that accompanied it were delicious though. Next time I'd go for the creme brulee.

We are very excited to come and see the steakhouse, but when we enter the door, the noise level was beyond comprehension, I asked if there was anywhere we could get away from the noise in the bar, and the hostess said, not really, they did their best, but when you’re paying for a nice meal, We would like to be able to talk the you were dining with, music, and the people in the bar, but the noise level outrageously ! Our staff person served a beautiful meal, but with that kind of level of noise, our dinner was definitely not enjoyable. you’re looking forward to Very nice evening.😟

This was my second dining experience at Model Milk and it was exceptional! The service was outstanding, food was sooooo good and the cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend the pork chop, the hot chicken and the cod. The server was attentive, not intrusive, and knew their stuff - it was refreshing to have someone so good at what they do. I must admit, the first time we went the service was also outstanding so I think it is a combination of hiring and training exceptional people - well done!! Finally, this high-end restaurant has kept their prices reasonable - most entrees are between $30 and $40 except for the larger sharing items.

Our group of four had the mussels and fries, which were rated as very good, the pasta, which is also very good, and the hamburger which was enjoyed by two people. I had the flat iron steak. It was very flavourful but extremely tough and in the end the last piece was inedible and I left it on the plate. It was edible. I had read that a flat iron steak, when prepared properly, is supposed to be tender. I expected more for $42. The waiter comped one of our beers to compensate.

Make this a destination when in Vancouver. Travelling from the UK we were given the place as a must go to, by a Canadian friend and it didn’t disappoint. Great staff, wine list carefully created and the sommelier helped us find the perfect match for our food, and the food was perfect, two of our group had a pasta dish which they raved about, my friend and I had the pork belly special that was cooked perfectly. The ambience is buzzy but not overbearing, people waxing lyrical about the food no doubt. Will return if ever back in Vancouver !

This was our first time visiting R62. Living in Lynden, we were excited to have a farm-to-table spot just across the border. We're very happen with how the evening went. We showed up early and they sat us at another table while the guests at our reserved table finished up. Our server was attentive and very kind. Our food and drinks were really good as well. What I really liked is that even though the place was full, it wasn't loud at all. We'll be back!

The chef managed to surprise all 4 of us with a completely unexpected variation on what the menu described in a way that far exceed expectation. We started sitting outside until the sun went down and staff quickly ushered us into the comfort and ambience inside. Definitely will return.

The food here is delicious! Seriously. We thoroughly enjoyed thr Arancini balls, Brussels sprouts, Ricotta Gnocchi and Beef Tartare. Plus a Tryst Punch and Cherry Old Fashioned. Portions were just right to share all 4 items between the 2 of us and leave feeling just full enough. I'm still thinking about the gruyere cheese oozing out of of the arancini ball into the onion jam, the egg yolk complimenting the tartar (and OMG the fluffy brioche bun), the total.package of the ricotta gnocchi with the pecans and garlic. Highly recommend this restaurant. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it.
