What takes a restaurant from good to very good is the attention to detail! This is where Trinity failed to get a very good review. Here are a few things that would change that. 1. Wine was warm ( the refrigeration was blamed as it could not coupe !) having to wait for the ice bucket to cool the wine to the correct temp! ( get a Refrigerator that can cope!) 2. Mixing still with sparkling water in my glass. ( I do not drink sparkling!) 3. Had the Steak tartar where the flavours of the mix overpowered the meat completely! ( still a great taste but could have been any tartar not steak!) 4. The Scallops were ordered and the waitron sold the table a mixed Halibut and Scallops dish ( erroneously we were thinking they would be made and served separately) resulting in a dish where the scallop was completely lost in the flavour making it a fish dish rather than scallop dish! Very disappointing as our first thought was, there was a shortage of scallops so they "made a plan" ! 5. a mistake (to our favour) in the bill , where a bottle of wine was not charged for ! Taking the above details out of the overall we still enjoyed the meal however in a Michelin Star restaurant this is inexcusable!

We had a great meal in this family run restaurant with their own farm. The Secondi lamb shank was really tasty and the meat was so lean with barely unhealthy fats you can find. Their grilled squid with wild mushroom starter is a must and we wrapped it with affogato de Caffè.

Overall this is a fantastic place to eat and the staff were lovely ,majority of the food was fantastic, the only issue was the menu we were sent was not the menu that was being served , the dishes were simplified which was a shame , the brown shrimp arancini sadly was very bland and looked like just rice but the rest of the food was beautifully cooked , well balanced , delicious and cooked extremely well so would definitely go back as apart from the arancini the food was stunning and every member of staff was attentive friendly and brilliant !

Always fabulously executed dishes, great portion size for a tasting menu. Always creative and on point. Front of House team are sensational, personable, yet professional and so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and wine and the guests dining experience. I always feel like Ormer is an unsung hero and I cannot fathom why it doesn’t hold a Michelin star, it is far better than a lot of 1 Michelin starred restaurants I frequent.

Beautiful restaurant full of old world charm. It has an Austrian twist so a bit of soused stuff and pickles on the menu. Disappointing to see no GF menu on offer - I am used to picking my way around a menu but always good to have some obvious signposting. I had the wedge salad (no croutons) which was refreshing and gorgeous. My friend had the watercress velouté which she said was delicious. I had the sea bass to follow which was full of flavour and meat and wonderful fluffy buttery mash with it. Yum!

They were really nice staff who were really helpful. I had the vegan tea and was one of the best i have had. I can’t recommend the apricot white tea enough, had multiple servings. The visual was again one of the best. They had lots of interesting drink options, actually did the wine pairing which was good.

We ate before the theater and the food was amazing! We started with the Devonshire Crab and Avocado , wonderful with their homemade cocktail sauce. I had the Cornish Plaice done meunière and it literally melted in your mouth, absolutely amazing! My husband had the beef filet and it was great. Wasn't cooked exactly as he asked, but still done well. We had the Gratin Dauphinois, french green beans and the pickled cucumber slad all were delicious. If you are in in London I highly recommend Wiltons!!!
