My wife and I dined at Pidgin, where the food displayed immense creativity and meticulous craftsmanship. Their ever-changing weekly menu, featuring seasonal ingredients, added an exciting twist to our dining experience. While some dish descriptions from the servers were a bit challenging to fully grasp, every bite was an absolute delight.
Even the simplest items like bread and butter were elevated to a state of culinary sublimity. However, the true star of the meal was the dessert—a peanut butter cookie served with cream and peanut butter ice cream. It was a heavenly treat. I wish I could've had another portion!
