Excited to try out this food and wanting to impress my cousin from DC, we drove an hour and a half to get there. The food did not disappoint. We opted to try multiple offering from their appetizers instead of ordering entrees just so we could have more of a sampling of the flavors they offered. Wow! The carrot hummus we were told was new on the menu. Who knew naan paired with Arabic zaatar and carrots in hummus would be so divine. The duck confit samosas were divine and the tuna with avocado omg! So many of my taste buds were jumping for joy all at the same time. Beyond the food, we were greeted by the owner who kindly enquired about our food to make sure our experience was wonderful. This place does it for me on every count and am happy to say I will be doing the drive again and again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I requested a booth and we got one right where you walk in. It was perfect! It was an inside table but close to the outside. Best of both worlds! The food was delicious and the service was great.

Because the ceiling was high, sound echoed through the room. This made it hard to hear each other. That being said, the food was outstanding. We accidentally ordered the Bhel Puri instead of another dish, but it ended up being our favorite dish of the night. Ultimately, the building was not ideal, but the food was worth the hassle.
