The seafood chowder as a main course was as usual 10/10, the best I had had in three countries. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Two things can be done to improve Banksia. First, return the seafood chowder as an entree (and keep it as a main course). Second bring back the rendered pork belly. It was to die for!!

I organised a dinner for my partner's birthday and they were amazing from the moment we walked in. We had multiple staff take care of us and made us feel welcome. They served our dessert with 'happy birthday' decorated on the plate. The venue itself is beautiful. Would highly recommend!

We had been waiting for the right opportunity to drop in at Santinos for road test the place for ourselves. I took my mother here as we have wanted to go for years and finally able to make it happen. We were not disappointed at all. We opted for the full indulgent wine pairing and would not have done it any other way. The waiters knowledge of everything was exceptional and so friendly. The sommelier really knew what they were doing and every wine was paired perfectly to each dish. We just had the best night and it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was lovely also, we were able to talk across the table without having to raise our voice and the view at night across the city was beautiful.
