Agua y Sal in Mexico City, across from the Hyatt, serves a sophisticated seafood lineup from chef Ismael Sanchez with the freshest of ingredients. Ceviche comes in many forms at Agua y Sal from around the whole Latin American region including traditional flavors updated for today. There are versions with octopus, shrimp and more. There�s also a raw bar and more hearty dishes like the Peruvian lomo saltado, spaghetti, fried calamari and shrimp with rice. To finish your meal, Agua y Sal serves a wide range of desserts like panna cotta, flan and key lime pie. Service is top-notch.

Absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious, service was attentive but not intrusive. Great place for a date night, group outing or even a solo dinner.

Marea it's a seafood, corn, and mezcal restaurant.
With a menu created by Chef Lula Martín del Campo, who promotes top quality, sustainable, and fair trade seafood, corn dishes that represent Mexican gastronomy, and mezcal, which with its characteristic mysticism is the perfect pairing for any time of day.
Some of the dishes that represent us are Prawns with "esquites ancestrales", Grilled sustainable wild fish, dark fish ceviche, the cold-smoked marlin tiradito, the octopus and grilled cheese taco, and the smoked tuna blackened quesadilla. But this project is not just about food, it also has its contribution of art and design since it was designed by the architect Alberto Kalach making this corner a must-stop for those who enjoy art, good food, and the characteristic lifestyle of Colonia Roma Norte.

About the restaurant
Casual Oyster Bar and Grill serves up some of the country´s freshest seafood. Already wildly successful in Colonia Roma and its northern hometown of Guadalajara. Chef Tomas Bermudez keeps a keen eye on all that enters the kitchen, sourcing the highest quality seafood mostly from the Pacific Coast of Mexico, supporting local small scale producers.

Great wine list with many natural options in it.
The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.

San Pellegrino´s Latin America´s 50 Best Restaurants Award for its quality and ambience.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. we charge $250 pesos per person on no shows or incomplete groups.

Always a superlative experience and didn’t disappoint this time either from scrumptious fresh oysters of several varieties to excellent seafood tostadas, several cuts above what you find elsewhere. Service was also great.

Food was excellent. Portions were very large. Service could have been better. First server was not very attentive, so another server started helping him out. DJ was playing music. Reservation was for 7:15 and music level was ok at start of dinner but definitely got noisy by 9:00pm

We felt that (even though we didn’t ask) the staff were recommending the most expensive dishes. The octopus chicharron tacos were on the dry side. The spicy margarita was excellent!
