We used to come for the view, which is the best in the city! Now, we come for the food and no longer worry about the view. Le Colonial has the benefit of a 5 Star "starting point" simply because it is my wife's favorite restaurant in Chicago. To qualify this, my wife has excellent taste, so, you could argue that my 5 Star proclivity is warranted..... 5 star experience (almost) all the way. Thiago and Mary are by far the BEST servers of any restaurant in Tampa Bay. Food is always amazing. Perfection on so many levels. The only opportunity for the managers here, is we expect a high end 5 star experience. We celebrated a 60th birthday, at Our Mom Eugenia in Great Falls. It was the perfect venue. No weird concoctions, bright lights, or Blasting music. Just delicious authentic Greek cuisine, lovely libations, and great service! I particularly enjoyed the warm bread and lentil soup, but the beet salad with walnuts was absolutely delicious. For entrees we tried the Pastitsio, Lamb Shank with orzo, and Moussaka. All were outstanding. Then our server brought a flaming (candle on top) custard pie made with phyllo dough crust and a piece of Portikalispita (orange cake) my personal favorite! A perfect ending! A great meal in a lovely setting and wonderful service is what you get at Our Mom Eugenia.

This has to be the best neighborhood restaurant in Denver. 1. The server, Sage, was a class act and knew instantly how to relate to our table. Thanks for keeping the minion in check. 2. This place is amazing!! We celebrated an engagement and the staff made our experience special and personal. Food was delish! We had lamb, halibut and salmon. The view of boats from the dock, sunset and chic ambiance was magical! It is pricey-for a party of 4 including champagne, wine, 4 entrees and dessert was $600 before the tip. But we considered it a gift to the newly engaged couple (and us)!

I always love Uchiko. The food is always amazing. My only complaint- I had specifically mentioned that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and they never acknowledged it. Our server was lovely though and clearly she wasn’t told. Make sure to order Hama Chili, Komaki roll and Madai nigiri- our 3 favorite menu items.

Our waiter, Blake, was welcoming, friendly & attentive! We split the Fried Green Tomatoes with Jumbo Lump Crab. It was excellent but I wished it had more of the lemon butter sauce /dynamite sauce. Or have extra sauce on the side. My husband & I split the Gulf Red Snapper that was Pan seared and served over angel hair pasta tossed in a lobster cream sauce, adorned with fresh jumbo lump crab. Once again, an incredible & toothsome entree but was really lacking with the delicious sauce. Next time, I will be more mindful to ask for some extra sauce on the side for both the starter and the entrée.  The bread pudding was also wonderful but by the time it arrived to our table, the ice cream was almost a melted puddle on top of the very warm bread pudding. Maybe serve the ice cream on top when the bread pudding is at the table. Overall, it was a great experience & one of our favorite restaurants on the island.

We've been going to the Washington Inn for 20 years and -- after 20 years and many, many meals -- it is as good as ever. I had the pork chop dish last night and it was great, especially the collard greens side. My wife had the crab cakes and also was impressed. Chef Mimi is a treasure.

Farewell to one of the Beach's finest. Wife and I participated in their final night before their 17 July closing. Bittersweet but up to their extremely high standards. Exceptional in all respects. Our server Janelle outdid herself and we expect to see her soon in another top-notch Beach establishment. Hats off to the Chef for his special selections. We have chosen both the Williamsburg and Beach Le Yacas for many of our special occasions and have never been disappointed. Thank goodness that the Williamsburg site remains. Best of luck to the owners on their move to FL.
