Maggiano's - Boston
Nice atmosphere, good value. Really enjoyed the mushroom ravioli and chicken parmigiana. Would definitely recommend.
Great place to eat. Everything from the ambience to the service.
Such a great menu selection. Definitely check it out if your in Boston.
This is one of my favorite places. The staff is so nice and the food is beyond words! Rigatoni D is my absolute favorite thing there. I half expected to empty out the wallet on this one but price for food, starter, and drinks were so reasonable. You will see me there again.
We made reservations on Open Table which made it easy, and when we arrived at the restaurant they had our table ready and sat us down immediately. The service was impeccable as well as the food. We were celebrating my parents 59th wedding anniversary and my father’s 80 birthday. They treated all and especially them like royalty! Thank you Maggiano’s for a excellent experience! We will be back when we revisit from TEXAS.
The Family style was perfect. The muscles were out of this world. The desserts were out of this world.
We come here for my wife's birthday and are never disappointed.
The food was all so flavorful & you have to have the butter cake for dessert.
Already recommended. Place is awesome!! Service was great!!! Food is gorgeous!!!!!
Bar was wide open decided to eat there.. best meal we had in Boston
Service was great bartender was very helpful. Will for sure be back next time
Close proximity to our hotel made it very convenient. We had a lovely waiter, the food selection was wide and varied, including gluten free options. There was a hum and busyness to the restaurant, but not so much as to inhibit good conversation around our own table. We would patronize this establishment again.
Service was very slow. Drinks took 35 mins to arrive
Easily the best Famiky style Italian food in Boston. They treated all 9 of us as if we we Family. Food great, ambiance great and service off the charts.
Waitress was knowledgeable. Food and wine was great per usual. One of my new favorite places.
Food was great. The service was attentive and the portions were good size.
A very pleasant experience
Maggiano's is a chain and consistent from city to city. I've found the service to always be good and the food is very good, not over the top good. It's a safe place and good value compared to most downtown fine dining. On this visit our waiter was noteworthy, he was exceptional and deserves to be mentioned. Our meal was significantly impacted by the group of 8-10 that were seated next to us after we were seated. Like a lot of larger groups, they ended up getting very loud. Maybe some drinks at the bar while waiting for their table? Maybe the age? Whatever the reason, they started talking louder and louder and that feeds on itself. In short order they were literally shouting across the table at each other (in fun, not anger). It's just a courtesy thing on the part of the group, not Maggiano's fault but it definitely made our visit much less enjoyable.
Food was good but the service was slow and the waitress got confused delivering wrong food. We had to wait a long time to get the knife.
Love the vibe here. Very old school Italian; checkered table cloths, big portions, lots of space. Love the old photos.
Tasty food, and very engaging service.
Only draw back was a big delay in desert delivery
Good was very bad ; soup was cold ; also we had chicken Parmesan pasta and pasta di mari . Awful ! Shame to be called Little Italy. Please stay away from that place
Food was good not the best but good. Service was terrible I asked 3 times for my water to be filled mean while the table behind me and in front of me never has an empty cup also the check was handed to my husband when we clearly told the water in our earlier conversations I was taking my family out for dinner he also asked me if I wanted to see the check before he charged my card as if... I will not be going back
Great food and best desert I’ve ever had I would definitely recommend excellent service
Lobster carbonara and lasagna were wonderful. Butter cake for dessert not so much. Might think of revisiting this recipe.
Chicken parm was fantastic!
Family style dining was great for our party of eight.
Ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes past our reservation time because of a mix up but we really enjoyed the meal.
we started with stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and the mushrooms were cold and undercooked . I got the shrimp scampi it was good and my husband got the lobster carbonara he said it was excellent.
We were 7 plus a 6 month old baby and the experience was fantastic. Service and food were great and they were so good working around the little one. First time for most in our party and they all said they will come back.
tasty food, for an amazing price, but booth was very uncomfortable to sit in... not much space plus sank so low in the seats that it made eating awkward.
This location of the restaurant is perfect, less than a five minute walk from the Broadway theaters.
The food was very good, quite a bit of a variety. We all were very happy with the service in the food.
I had veal piccata. The meat was very tough and tasteless. The caprese was thick tomatoes with very little cheese. My husband did not line the lasagna. So average. Waiter was rushed.
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. I threw a surprise party and had a large group reservation. The restaurant was so accommodating throughout the process. The food was amazing. Our waiters were attentive. Will absolutely go back.
Friendly accomodating staff, good food and service.
The booth was difficult to sit at and get up from. Not much leg room. Will request a table next time.
Waitress was attentive and food was scrumptious.
Went during Dine out Boston week. When I asked the host for the menu he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained that I had seen the restaurant listed as one that was participating. He stated that their restaurant never participated in Dine out Boston week. I then showed him the list. He questioned a few of the waitstaff before checking with the manager and we were told that there was only one special that they’d offer us. A salad to share, a pasta dish to be shared and a dessert for $45.00. A confusing issue that shouldn’t have occurred. We opted for individual appetizers and entrees. The food and service were good and overall we enjoyed our experience. Definitely worth going to.
Great food & great service
I brought a party of 10 and it was a perfect location and great service.
Food came out wrong. I wanted all chicken and no shrimp and my dish came out with all shrimp. Disappointed my husband has to wait for my food to come so we could eat together. No compensation for mistake.
We had the Sunday brunch. Food and ambiance could not have been better. Service was a little awkward, but the server was polite and you could tell he was new so not an issue. Would definitely return.
Food and service was excellent! Will definitely be planning on going again in the future.
Delicious veal parmigiana! Will definitely come back for that and the fantastic chocolate cake piece was so big it could feed a small family.
Unfortunately, we sat near a table of loud and obnoxious folks making crude comments and yelling f bomb and n bomb obscenities the whole time we ate dinner. Everyone in the dining room recognized it was a problem but no one said anything. Not the kind of language I wanted my 12 year old to be around for 90 minutes that I was there. Only place I go consistently every year on my birthday. Very disappointed
The clerks are so kind for us. I was expressed! Thank you for all kindness and really good foods. When I visit Boston again, I will go here.
very profesional service, only one detail the runners bring the food all toguether, but they are very polite.
