- BBarbaraAtlanta Metro •19 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWonderful experience at Hal’s The Steakhouse! After a warm welcome by everyone at the door, Brian greeted us and provided impressive service throughout our meal. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly while offering helpful insights for the dishes we considered. The food was amazing! The bread - INCREDIBLE - crispy with a savory spread and served warm. We were told it’s flown in three times a week from New Orleans. SO WORTH IT! The lamb, served in a sweet/tangy sauce, was awesome, as was the chicken served over mashed potatoes and gravy. The flavors in this dish had a southern comfort kinship while remaining light and delicate. The main room of the restaurant was lively and louder than the area where we sat. We had requested a quiet spot in our reservation for quiet conversation. Our spot worked wonderfully. We look forward to visiting again!More infoHal's - BuckheadPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Buckhead•4.8
- BBrookeAtlanta Metro •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was amazing. We had 4 dishes each and every ingredient was so refreshing and just the perfect harmony of flavors. A true pleasure for our palettes. The only downfall was the lack of lighting. Several tables all had their phones out trying to read the menu. Thankfully, the superb recommendations of our server was spot on and no menu was needed! Amazing service, amazing food, bring a flashlight.More infoRumi's Kitchen - Colony SquarePrice: Expensive• Persian• Midtown•4.9
- KKateAtlanta Metro •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe went here to celebrate two birthdays after getting so many recommendations and were in love with the atmosphere of the restaurant, as well as the incredible service by the waitstaff on an especially busy night. The food was delicious, particularly the pasta tower (we got cacio e pepe, pesto, and tortellini) and we cannot wait to dine here again!More infoYeppa & CoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Buckhead•4.7
- SStephenVIPAtlanta Metro •8 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoFrom the moment we arrived at Bones Steakhouse, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience that exceeded all expectations. Our party of seven was seated in a private room, which provided an intimate and luxurious setting for our evening. Derrick, our server, truly made the night unforgettable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality were second to none. He anticipated our every need, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured that every course was perfectly timed. It’s clear that Derrick takes immense pride in delivering world-class service. The food, as always, was phenomenal. Each steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and paired beautifully with the restaurant’s impeccable sides and wine selection. The private room added an extra layer of sophistication and exclusivity to the experience, making our gathering feel incredibly special. Bones Steakhouse never fails to impress, but this visit was truly something extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you to Derrick and the entire team for creating such a memorable evening. We’ll certainly be back!More infoBonesPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Buckhead•4.8

The Best Places to Grab a Drink in Atlanta This Summer
Though you won’t catch a local calling this city “Hotlanta,” there’s a good reason it earned that nickname—and it’s not just because of the muggy weather. Atlanta is a hotbed of exciting bars, consisting of laidback dens and sceney haunts. From lounges with award-winning cocktail programs and wine lists to taprooms with beers brewed on the premises, here are some of the bars most beloved by Atlantans.
Discover Atlanta
While Coca-Cola may have put Atlanta on the nation’s culinary map (as the city plays home to its headquarters), Atlanta is known for far more than America’s favorite soda. Once a bit conservative in flavor, the city has recently undergone a creative renaissance with food at the helm, catapulting Southern soul food into new light, with barbecue, collards, and cornbread as its heart. But Southern food isn’t that simple—influence of European immigrants at the turn of the century, as well as the African-American influence, and more recent waves of Asian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern immigration have defined a broader southern culture, which you can now taste all over Atlanta. Whether it’s reinterpreted omakase, nose-to-tail, or a bagel with shmear, local cuisine suggests that Atlanta just may be the South’s new foodie capital.
