Good food, good service! Steak is great but the Salmon is... We also miss the Taco that is in the menu before. For us is a little bit dull, it will be great if the light could be brighter.

Probably the best equal steak restaurant in Hong Kong as they imported the right grill, invested in training and ensure they always have the highest quality of beef. I got what I paid for.

Reception is rude. We only ask if it’s possible to order the set menu, she seems to “blame” us for not pre-ordering. We just want to know if we have this option. And we did ask in a polite way, so we are already upset before the meal… Waitress is lack of knowledge, she is like reading the standard script when introducing the types of steak to us, when we asked her is there is any prime rib, she told us “all of our steak is prime rib”, are u kidding me!? The manager guy put down the steak & ask what kind of mustard we prefer, and it didn’t come after we finish half of the steak! When we ask him again, he said his colleague might have forgotten! Good excuse! Definitely will NOT visit again with such service! Only the steak is ok, the lobster soup is too salty (more like pasta sauce than soup) & and oyster is not freshly opened, u can tell they just took out from the fridge. Lot more better choices with this price range.

Service: Fair We were being sat down at the table and nobody came to ask for water or explain the menu until after 5-7 minutes, which was a noticeable period of time when you’re the guest and sitting down waiting for someone to approach the table. The restaurant was clearly lack of staff and one captain /supervisor finally realised that we were ready to order after 10 minutes of water pouring. Nobody recommended the menu to us and staff did not ask us if we have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. The coursing of food was slow, we waited around 15 - 20 minutes after starters for the main course. Nobody checked on us on how we are doing / do we like the food, maybe because we seemed to be two young lads sitting at the corner ;) However, the surprise of taking photos for us and letting us keep a card which all guest signed was out of our expectations and we really liked that Food: Fair Starters were good, we ordered shrimp cocktail and we can really taste that it’s fresh, the lobster bisque was also up to par. One thing we really liked is the bread with butter, the butter really adds another level to that big loaf of hot bread. Entree was not good i would say in terms of top end prices charged in hotel. The halibut was good, it was flakey and cooked to perfection, but the sauce was too salty. The steak was medium rare, that is what we ordered. However, the meat was tough in the middle, even we ordered Medium rare, and also extremely lacked of seasoning. Sides and dessert were up to our liking. Yet, we do expect better food quality, in terms of main courses especially steak when we are dining at a Steak House in a hotel. Ambience: Good Nothing much to comment about, ambience is good with the restaurant quite packed. Decorations and music are good also. To be frank I think I won’t come back again unless something changed.

The overall dining experience is great and happy. Appreciated all you did (tailor made menu, birthday card with a professional photo and all signatures, birthday wordings in dessert) during this special occasion. Also thanks to introduce a new world Uruguay red wine to us that is our first time to try this Latin American wine and it tastes really good. Thank you!

The food is great. However, the service level is a little bit below expectations when I compared with the previous visits. I have mentioned sharing the Caesar salad during my order but it has not been served on two separate plates. However, overall is still good.

There are very few places in Hong Kong that server a good Setak. Mortons is right at the top of the list. Excellent food and good ambience> Little pricey but you get what you pay for

Quite disappointed : ( I’ve booked the table a month ago and requested Window Seat as it’s for my boyfriend’s birthday. However, the server only arrange normal seat for us. The service is just really fair, as nobody ask us if need any Mint jelly or mustard when the steak arrived. Since I booked for birthday celebration, there is no decoration on the table which I saw reviewed from other people they have some decorations on the table if the reservation for special occasions. End up, We feel like having the dinner in normal fast food restaurant as the environment is quite noisy and the service is so so Morton’s is so famous in HK and it’s not the first time I go there. But the experience this time is really bad and I don’t think I will recommend any of my friend to go there for any special occasions, or even a place for nice dinner. It is our first time here. Met the best hostess ever. Mari made our dinner very comfortable and homey. She is the epitome of what good customer service is. The parmesan truffle fries was rather disappointing. It was highly recommended by friends. I expected a stronger parmesan and truffle taste. The fries were thin and crisp. It tasted like frozen potatoes. Not freshly cut potatoes. I love the mashed potatoes. Very well buttered with chunky potato bits, light and fluffy at the same time. My daughter's fillet mignon was seared a bit too much and the middle was more on the rare side than medium well. On the other hand, my bone in rib eye was cooked almost perfectly. The meat part hugging the bone were overcooked but that's sort of expected given the cut. The butter truffle was beyond amazing. The meat, both filet mignon and bone in rib eye, was, as expected, of high quality. The legendary hot chocolate cake was also a bit of a disappointment. We failed to see the chocolate cake ooze out as we cut the cake. The sides of the cake was a bit too dry and crunchy. The quality of the customer service outweighs the disappointments on the food that I was not bothered to mention it to the two managers who came to us to ask how our dining experience was. All in all, dining experience was great and worthwhile. We will definitely go back.

Bad service, Ytd was my husband's birthday but they just realise after we entered the restaurant I've already remark on the booking website as birthday. However nobody confirm with me via phone/email The food was just ok. It was too salty The dining experience was degraded compare to my last visit. The oyster was came even I HAVEN'T start eating my bread lol.... it was hilarious.

Very impressive aged bone in rib eye steak, slightly crispy charred outside yet the meat is juicy and tender, a recommended dish! Service is impeccable! No wonder this is one of the best grill house!
