Love La Cave! We come every year for New Years, however, I will say that this year the brunch pricing went up over $20 which is not a lot - HOWEVER.. you can't up what you charge if you aren't also going to keep the same standards of service. We saw our dedicated waitress 2 times the entire visit (to say hi and to get paid) so we made every request or order through the water boys and buffet servers, which is inefficient since they have to then take the time to stop and go give the order to someone else. Other than that, amazing as always!

I've been there many times before because they serve high quality food. To my surprise, they have changed the entire menu and the food went up from the high quality to the highest quality. I couldn't believe how great it tasted and fresh ingredient, the way it was served, everything! I asked if it's the same chef or not, the waitress said it's a new young female chef! Wow. She needs a round applause. I'm not going to give all the details but I died just with the simple green salad as a starter. Good for you The Broiler!!!

Great time! From the bartender ( Can't remember his name but he was Tall guy with salt and Pepper hair and made me the best espressos martini I had in Vegas), Fred our waiter and Jr. Were GREAT! Fred has a great personality and you can tell he loves working there. All the staff was an absolute pleasure to speak too. The food was amazing, from the apps to the deserts. This was our first time in Vegas for new years and some people recommended we come here to eat and it it not disappoint from the food to the view. Thank you for making our weekend extra special. We will be back
