Farm-to-table | Dorset, Vermont

This is the most unique dinning experience in the Southern VT area. The menu is set daily and there are 5 - petite courses. All the decisions are made for you! The unique blends of spices and herbs offers a tasty dish...Our server was the owner of the Inn and his wife is the chef. They make a great team and have indepth knowledge on food preparation and wines. The dinning area seats approximately 25 people... The Inn has a minimalist feel to it and at the same time is just as cozy as can be. If I didnt live in Dorset, I would go to the Marble West Inn for a getaway. Dont't miss the experience! More
