The food and ambiance were excellent, and our server was amazing. However, since we booked a late dinner (8:30 PM and we weren’t aware they closed at 9 PM), one of the staff in the wine area approached us and was being unnecessarily pushy, which was apparent in her attitude and facial expressions. To clarify, I did not give her any attitude and was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, until the very end when her persistence became frustrating. Once we were about ready to get the check from our main server, the wine person approached our table and asked if I was a wine club member. At that point, it was clear she was eager to leave for the day, even though there were still diners in the restaurant. I confirmed I was a member, and she asked which wines I wanted. I honestly didn’t know, as I wasn’t planning to take any bottles home. She handed me a pamphlet with the available wines, and I told her I would probably wait and come back another day to pick up my bottles. She acknowledged this, but just a minute later, she returned and asked again if I had decided. At that point, I could tell she was being unnecessarily pushy, and I felt pressured. I told her I hadn’t decided yet but would look at the list. Two minutes later, she came back with the same impatient attitude and asked again. Frustrated by her persistence, I hastily picked some bottles and let her know. She returned with the bottles and left. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

We had a group of 8 people and enjoyed the front table and it was quiet in that area so had a great birthday celebration. Wait staff was very courteous and was available when needed. Very good experience.

Waiter was amazing. Ambiance was unlike any other. Definitely coming back here.

My husband and I dined at Coopers Hawk last evening. Because I have celiac, my options for restaurants are limited. Coopers Hawk has great gluten free options, which makes them our favorite restaurant. Love their chicken parmesan! Our server, Kelly, was great. She was very attentive and positive. She helped to make our experience perfect.
