Margan is first and foremost a family owned and managed farm, established in 1996. Our restaurant opened its doors in 2007, where we offer refined farm to table dining and outstanding single vineyard wines set against the Brokenback Mountain range, here in Broke Fordwich. Our menu is hyper seasonal and built around all that we can produce onsite; from our organically managed kitchen garden and permaculture orchard, olive groves, free range hens, bee hives and estate reared lambs. Additionally, we’re proud to champion regional producers and we choose sustainably reared animals and seafood sourced as local as possible to keep our carbon footprint light. Dine with us for lunch in our beautiful, rammed earth restaurant, Thursday through to Monday.
