Very charming place. Ben is a wonderful server. Food and wine were excellent. Dessert a bit disappointing. Suspect they are from an outside provider. Canned whipped cream added and a bit stale. We plan to return because everything else was great.

Josephine's is a favorite restaurant for my family to celebrate special occasions. We celebrated a birthday, and Josephine's recognized it with a card in each menu and a dessert with a candle. Besides the special occasion, the service was amazing; our waiter was able to answer all of our questions and was patient when two of our party were running late. The food was tasted wonderful and was well-presented. I marked the noise level high only because we were in the back room with another party that was a bit noisy. The main room isn't as noisy.

We've been to the Exchange many times over the past couple of years. Always a great experience. A perfect place (IMO) for a casual evening of drinks and food with friends. Great service & food (pizzas are especially good!), excellent cocktails and stellar views over the city of Lancaster. We've never been disappointed! Highly recommend.
