Our waiter was very polite and professional. We feel we went about and beyond. His recommendations were very helpful. We had a reservation to sit outside and we didn’t regret it. The noise level with Fremont street right there was really unnoticeable. We will definitely be back. Don’t sleep on the meatballs they were delicious.

One of the loveliest spots in Vegas for a quality steak dinner and so much more. We celebrated our anniversary & they brought us champagne for a toast. I loved my spritz cocktail & crab cake. Their surf and turf filet & lobster was divine. The room is cozy & classy and the service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were struck by the ambience and service provided. I received a rose and we were immediately taken to our table. Our waiters, Carlos and Mark, made us feel very special on our date night. From the drinks at the beginning to the chocolate covered strawberries to end the meal, the food was delicious. The table side salad preparation was unique and fun and our steaks were cooked to perfection. The sides didn’t disappoint either. Hugo’s is definitely our new favorite steak restaurant in Vegas. If you’re looking for a place for a special celebration or just a date night, this is it!

Service was very good. The bread & butter was fresh and delicious. I had the lobster bisque and it was unique and flavorful, very delicious! My boyfriend got clam chowder and it was also very delicious and very hearty. For our main course I got the felt and mashed potatoes. The felt was melt in your mouth delicious! One of the best I've had recently. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib which was one of the best we've ever had! The flavor was on point and it was so tender. This was one of the best steak houses we've been to lately.

Only complaint is we had reservations & still had to wait to be seated
