As a party of three we opted to share platters, choosing the seared steak tartare, brassicas with almond cream and ricotta and spinach ravioli. These were followed with the rock flathead with fermented tomato, scotch fillet (a special for the day), woodfired carrots and fries. The food was superb, cooked to perfection and incredible flavours. To accompany the food we selected the house white.
