We have hundreds and hundreds of reservations on OpenTable and 10 times more that with individual restaurants. Not being the a picky customer, I asked if the chef could eliminate one of the primary ingredients of a dish and to my surprise my wish was granted. Chilean Seabass, escargot, foie gras and Dover sole and a special dessert acknowledging our 20th anniversary.
