Pittstown Restaurants

Outstanding food. Was very fresh and flavorful. We sampled the focaccia with burrata with hot honey, arugula with pate and the beet and green goddess salad. For entrees, one had the vegetarian option of grilled fall vegetables and couscous while another had the crepes with ricotta and mushrooms. The pasta with pork ragu was enjoyed. Everyone raved about the entrees. Dessert was a delicious ricotta cake and a chocolate cream pot. We will come again. Note that the menu was not meat heavy.

We were greeted at the door by a friendly yet professional hostess. The tables were dressed in pure white tablecloths, lovely white dishes and crystal-clear water glasses. My entree came to the table just as it was described on the menu. The portion size was just right, and most of all the meal was delicious. The wait staff was very attentive, cordial, and helpful, but not at all bothersome. It appeared that the staff enjoyed their work and each other which contributed to the very pleasant atmosphere throughout the restaurant. I look forward to returning to The Grill at The Pittstown Inn soon.

I want to thank Chrissy to modify my reservation to include my 3 friends when she was already booked. Myself and 3 guests were very happy with the food portions and taste. The food came out in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. My guests loved the Colonial Atmosphere with the fireplaces. Madison, our waitress, very good and served us like a champion dispute being newly hired.

What a festive way to welcome the holiday season with a Cree Champagne tasting!! It was a little bit of Heaven in Hunterdon County - Thanks Chris & staff for a very enjoyable & memorable tasting! Now the hard part - trying to decide what to order :)
