While the food was spectacular and overall service decent, our server Warren wasn't the friendliest and we had an issue paying the bill. We payed with our Caesars players card, which Ruth Chris accepts, however Warren was quite RUDE when I went to pay for our $500 plus meal.

In New Orlean’s for the SUGARBOWL. The food was fabulous and the service was great. We would gladly eat here again when visiting New Orleans. I thought the price was reasonable for the food.

Everything was fine, staff was a bit off/slow/non-reactive. There is something just unwelcoming about the place but I can’t really pinpoint because in fairness the gumbo was ridiculously delicious, and so was the fried fish and salmon. The oysters were fresh and perfect. Nothing special about the place but would definitely recommend it for a family meal.

Seating and front staff efficient and friendly. No waiting on table. Waiter was prompt friendly and attentive. He couldnt do enough for us. When lobster was overcooked. It was immediately returned and came back cooked perfect. Food was excellent. Cocktails perfect.
