Quality of food has dropped. Service was chaos, they forgot us in a corner for so long. They brought our food at 10pm, was there 8.30pm. They even forgot I pre ordered dessert as a surprise for someone. Just not worth the money. The view however is gorgeous

We were there last year and had an excellent experience. Not the same this year. The waitress didn’t understand the drinks we ordered they came out wrong. Sent them back twice. Did not seem to understand the menu when we asked questions. I think the service needs some work. For the $$, the service should be so much better.

Overall the place is decent and nice views but doesn't seem to be run very well. The attention to detail or how they handle mistakes they make is poor. At these prices they need to do a better job overall but unlikely the management in place is experienced (or care) enough to elevate this place above "good/OK" status.

Wonderful to be back. It's an incomparable place in terms of location-on a warm day, on the terrace. We all loved it. Food v good. Staff excellent and attentive. (And the obvious student/trainee/new waiter was likewise v good and observant.) Staff exceptionally friendly, too, which was refreshing.

Always a great visit & treat. Not been for a while but as always food and service outstanding. It was a very hot & humid day so we opted for outdoor seating however the weather became inclement so everyone moved inside, the downside is that appears to be no air con so it was a little uncomfortable body temperature wise, this did in no way effect the service

Had a perfect Sunday lunch on a rare lovely sunny day to celebrate birthday. Aperitif on the terrace and table by the window meant we could enjoy the view at all time, restaurant is beautifully light and airy, food delicious, service attentive perfectly paced and not rushed and a little surprise birthday plate with desert….It was perfect!

Just not a 5* atmosphere. Tables crowded together. Limited view. Limited menu. Very casually dressed patrons. Nothing intimate or romantic about the inside. Outside was so windy, couldn’t enjoy or hear anything. Astro turf flooring… Nothing really special about this restaurant in comparison. Nice enough, very good duck.

Bad service We waited 45 min start drink that was served with food while other friends have been served earlier Called for waiters attentions multiple times No water bread served No info on menu plates They were running around with no clue, too busy to serve all restaurant Really expensive for really poor service Noisy, impossible to talk at the table, disco music! My party of four helped celebrate my 80th birthday in OXO's wonderful roof-restaurant. We were attended to by friendly staff and the food was very nice, although quite small portions. The views over the Thames are great and the general ambience was very enjoyable. The whole experience was well worth it and we will return on future occasions.

Food and staff were lovely, and great views, restaurant just felt a bit cold in terms of decor and ambiance. I can't remember there being any music and the restrooms were rather bland and untidy which was not what I expected.

Been a few times now and this was the worst by a long way. Some of the food wasn’t cooked properly and the choices have decreased. You used to get a cheese trolley and now it’s 4 cheeses that you are just given [irrespective] with fig chutney in the middle of the slate. It should be in a small bowl on the side not put amongst the cheese. Portions also have got a lot smaller all for £300. It used to be very good and but not good value now and won’t be going back anytime soon. Lots of tables free at 8pm and couldn’t book at that time then so asked why? Staff issues. Ambience still good but overall it has lost its special place feeling due to the cutbacks and quality decline.

Very enjoyable dinner for couple visiting on their honeymoon. Ladies at the desk lovely. Service was good..but I had requested ‘Congratulations’ on the desert and this was forgotten. Not a big issue, and we had a very nice evening, just a little disappointing. Views were amazing

An absolute brilliant choice for a business meal at a formal yet informal outdoor venue. Would certainly book again if there is a similar requirement. Diverse cuisine caters for varied dietary restrictions. Outdoor seating is outstanding. Thanks!

Overall experience just OK. Service was a little slow and slap dash , with long intervals of just being left , which is unusual as I’ve dined here before and it was exceptional. 1st & 2nd wine choices of wine out of stock and no offer to match a similar one for the same price Was a special occasion celebrating our Sons graduation but no extra touches to make our occasion special or stand out. Sadly I will dine elsewhere when we next celebrate something.

I love this restaurant! We arrived early but were still seated without problem. Beautiful views and atmosphere. I loved that we could chat over dinner without too much noise or bustle. The waiter was a little hurried and non communicative but not rude, just seemed distant. The food and drink were delightful - not ott but just right.

This is our go to restaurant for celebrations. The food and atmosphere is always wonderful. It can be a little noisy when full which is the only negative thing I can say. Service is excellent and staff knowledgeable and helpful.
