This is a casual but special place. The atmosphere is fun because the staff are clearly having fun doing what they do best. Their specials board is one to pay attention to because unlike other restaurants who use it to unload left-over items the team at Pinch Kitchen use it to test out future menu items. I was a very delighted guinea pig yesterday because they had melt-in-your-mouth pork belly skewers (cooked for 12 hours) with spicy guava drizzle. And you could taste the woody-smokiness of the Vacio entrée slow cooked over a wood fire. The bread pudding with house-made fernet ice cream was perfect. I don't have a sweet tooth but this was not sickeningly sweet, it was just right and the whole (not small) portion was devoured. Thank you Pinch Kitchen :-)

Off the beaten track and small and not elegant. Service was good and attentive and food was excellent. Wine was great. All in all a good experience and would go back again.

Great food -- wonderful, creative mix of flavors. One of our favorite places. We almost always get the slightly spicy brussel sprouts with our main dish. Fine desserts too.

Compared to other places their “Unlimited Mimosas” are a bit over prices. Everything else was very good.

Really good food. Fun and friendly environment with a small counter facing the kitchen and a bunch of small tables in a house style environment. We had a really nice brunch there. I tried the impossible burger with fresh guacamole and it was excellent. The regular burger and eggs Benedict were also hits at the table. We are definitely coming back to try their regular dinner menu which I understand has alot of light and healthy options.

Original cuisine and incredible flavors. This little incognito restaurant is a true lesson for those who are impressed with the decoration instead of the kitchen. A lot of young people doing really good stuff. Miami just needs more of this. 100% recommended.

It was my first time at Pinch, we went for brunch and it was delicious. The only disappointment was with the potatoes, they served extremely salty tater tots. Service was great! Our waiter was super friendly and on point- he didn’t stay on top of us and he didn’t disappear. Because it was Ultra weekend, the noise level was extremely high. Can’t wait to go back there for dinner.

Sat down and the server was friendly and explained the specials for the day, gave us time on the menu. Order 3 “Pinch bites” which were excellent. Food hit the table in a timely manner and we were able to order entree’s in the middle of apps. Water was always kept full and they left a bottle on the table which I enjoy. We finished our apps and the entrees took about 10 minutes which is great considering we had the chicken and salmon.

The chicken was dry at the breast but the every other part was perfectly cooked and not dry at all. The salmon was cooked to our desired temp and had a wonderful crust over the blanc brulee.

Overall great experience and definitely planning to come back for lunch and brunch.
