110 Grill - Saugus
The menu at 110 Grill features popular entrees including Chimichurri Steak, Chicken Caprese Parmesan, Cucumber & Avocado Tuna, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese and more. Other options include delicious burgers and sandwiches, as well as salads that can be topped with such ingredients as salmon, shrimp, steak and more. In addition, there are a variety vegetarian options and a large gluten free menu (100% of its lunch and dinner menu can be made gluten free). For special events, use 110 Grill's private dining rooms, which can seat up to 50 guests and are equipped with a large TV for presentations.
Average at best. Mediocre service. Was given our bill as we finished eating our dinner. It’s an upscale 99. Carpets were dirty, didn’t look like they were vacuumed that day.

Decent food, full menu of lots of different options. The only problem is they abuse the air conditioning. It was freezing inside
I had made reservations on Open Table to be seated at a high top, which we were. Once we were seated, NO ONE acknowledged we were there. We waited probably 10 minutes or so, but no one even made eye contact so we couldn't ask someone where our wait person was. I told them at the host stand and said we were going to just sit at the bar instead.
At the bar, the service was much, much better; drinks were delicious and food was very good. My only other complaint would be that it was freezing in the restaurant. I mentioned it to the manager; who apologized and said he would kick it a couple of degrees warmer, but at that point we were leaving anyway.
I understand AC and keeping a place cool, but freezing I don't understand. Several of us at the bar put on jackets or sweaters, it was that cold...seems unnecessary to me to be that cold.
Great food and fast service
Seated at a very clean booth in a bright and sunny room. We had a wonderful waitress named Erika who had a welcoming smile and answered all our questions. Food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. Thank you so much for making my birthday lunch with my daughter and sister a great experience!
We had reservations for 6 pm on saturday night and were seated right away, waiter arrived within a minute of us sitting down and we had drinks within 3 minutes. We informed waiter of a gluten allergy and they and had very large gluten free menu. Executive chef came over with the gluten free meal. During the meal the waiter came over a few times to see how things were and to refresh drinks. Will be back
The food was good, however the service is lacking. Very nice staff but attention to detail needs work. Bar was out of Corona (on a Saturday in the summertime, which is very strange) and bread took over 20 minutes to come out. May give it another shot, as food was decent but hopefully they iron out the kinks.

My husband and I are gluten-free. We were given gluten-free menus with quite a few options. We were served gluten-free rolls when we sat down. Our meals were very tasty and didn't cost any more than the same meals that weren't gluten-free. Overall, we were very pleased and will return.
Start of evening was not very good, but ended on a better note.

1st time there with 3 girlfriends - everyone's food was good -wait staff allowed us to sit ordering drinks and desert thru the evening(after our dinner)
Food is really good and the service is outstanding! A little bit loud for my taste which makes it hard to talk, but overall 110 Grill is fabulous.
This was an amazing experience! It was beautifully contemporary not cluttered and the food was wonderful! Perfect taste! Perfect portions! And Shannon was by far the best server we have had the pleasure of her help! Very friendly! Loved Steve the executive chef his team made it superior to say the least!
The place was so loud I could not even think the worst restaurant experience I every had don’t think i will every go back plus I am handy cap they should been Putin a quiet area it was terrible

Sunday was a wonderful day for outside sitting. Minor complaint regarding the waiter. I ordered the CIty Light cosmos; got regular cosmos with lots of lime juice. Had to send it back. Received correct one the second time. Third cocktail was regular cosmos. Another person’s cocktail was wrong. I had the steak salad. Mostly lettuce and cucumbers with steak sliced on top. Asked waiter for extra salad dressing that was never received. I think the problem was that he was working both inside and outside. A little overwhelming for him. This will not stop me from going back.
Birthday dinner for my Mom. Food was good and reasonably priced. Restaurant has a sports bar vibe with screens in most rooms and around the bar. Our server was very nice and efficient. She served my mom a lava cake with a birthday candle as requested and sang happy birthday. Salmon and haddock dishes were small portions but fresh and cooked to order. Overall we were satisfied with our meal and service.
Absolutely love this place we come here once a week and have enjoyed every meal we have had. Love it
I was here about 2 wks ago and it was not very good the service was no slow it took forever I did not think I would go back, but a friend on my talking me into going again which was 6/21 and I glad I did this time the service was better and the food was very good. Hope my next time is as good
One of our favorite places, my boys love going there! They say all the time they have the best french fries around! And the people that work there, especially sitting at the chef's table, are very friendly and accommodating.
We were seated at our table at 5:30. At 5:50 my husband found a hostess to ask if a waitperson could come to our table to take our order for cocktails and appetizers. She said she'd send someone right over. The waitress came over and said "I guess you're stuck with me" and apologized for her voice. We ordered cocktails and an app and explained that the couple we were waiti for was stuck in traffic. Eventually the drinks arrived. When the couple were were meeting arrived, the waitress said, "about time you got here". My husband asked for another coke. After 10 minutes she returned with the apps we had ordered and he reminded her coke and she answered that she was waiting for someone to get them. When we finally ordered dinner (he still didn't have the coke), it was close to 6:30. The manager happened to be walking around and my husband signaled him to tell him about our waitress's "issues". He apologized and brought him his coke immediately. Shortly after that our dinners arrived. Steve, the chef delivered my husband's meal, which was, unfortunately not what he had ordered. Steve offered to cook him another meal, but the rest of us had our meals and my husband didn't want to make us wait. Steve apologized profusely, told us there'd be no charge for my husband's meal and offered us a free dessert. Our waitress never returned, and our dealings with her were very unpleasant, but the manager and the chef did their best to apologize and make up for it.

Food and service was impeccable. Clean enjoyable atmosphere. All food questions answered promptly. Staff pays very good attention to detail. Quality of food well worth the price paid
We were a party of 6 and everyone was happy with what they ordered.
Poor service. Out of 5 different people including myself, we all have had bad experiences with the service, wait time, and demeanor of the staff. 40 min with a reservation, then we get the wrong table. did not remove dirty plates after appetizers. Did not see wait staff very often. Drinks empty. Did not have drinks on menu. Bad experience, not going again.

The gluten free menu was extensive and I could tell that they took it seriously. The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious.

Great food. Jess, our waitress was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. We had three people with us with food allergies. Jess and the staff were fantastic taking care of their needs. Cant wait to go back!!

The outside seating was great the waitress was very nice and efficient. The fire cracker shrimp was fantastic as was the flatbreads we had. I tried both of them at an event you had this past winter where the phantom gourmet hosted and I was hooked.
The service was great, the portions were just adequate. I had shrimp and clam linguini and the clams were almost nonexistent . Not rushing back

Hiltop renovation has brought this restaurant in Saugus, which we were looking for to visit. Though, we found the place not worth coming back. Service was average, menu was overpriced and quality of meals were not up to the level. Fish was glassy in the middle, green beans were undercooked. And Brussel sprouts - cooked yesterday and reheated. Soggy and no greasy taste. Service was not up to the level. Not coming back!

We opted to sit at the bar. It was still early so it wasn't crowded. The bartender was friendly and helpful. My turkey burger was excellent, cooked perfectly with cranberry aioli and goat cheese. My friend had buffalo wings which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Food was delicious. Nice healthy choices.
Apps and food all came out at the same time plus one of the apps wasn’t even what we ordered. Steak tips had to be sent back, uncooked.
