Service was outstanding, hostess and our waitress Jessica was awesome, food was the best we’ve had in the area, This was our first time at the 110 grill and we will definitely make it a regular!
We enjoyed the atmosphere and dinner. We'll be back
It's very new I think they need some more time to get things going smoothly
Need to work out the kinks for Saugus location that just opened. Need more help. Need to cook fish properly and learn to season not to mention carry enough vegetables. You don't run out of food 4 in the aft. Also need to honor reservation made on this site!
With a family member who has Celiacs this is our new favorite!! The menu is just as big for GF as it is for us and for once we don't have to worry about cross contamination - they GET it!! Such a relief to have a fun yummy place to eat out worry free!
Kitchen prepared 3 out of 4 Entrees wrong
Menu claims they prepare food with attention to Special Dietary & Allergy restrictions , yet food arrived overly seasoned & drowning in Butter
Entree’s delivered to table with Appetizers
General Manager had to step in to get the food cooked correctly
Menu was great. Our server, Jessica, was very friendly, informative and attentive. Drinks, apps entrees and desert were delicious . I would highly recommend
The service was amazing. Will totally come back and ask for her!
Food was very good. We knew going in that on NYE there would be a wait even though we had reservations. The wait was 45 minutes with a reservation. They were extremely apologetic and comped us an appetizer which was nice. The food was very good. I had the Chicken pesto pasta and my husband had the Chicken piccata with gnocci. Both were very good. The best thing was the dessert. It was an cinnamon donut with baked apple slices and vanilla ice cream. Definitely recommend it !!!
Food was yummy! Drinks were great! Service with Andy was awesome!
We had a great Birthday celebration and the food catered to my Party’s Allergies
Great new spot. Great value and a great addition to route one. Diverse menu and friendly staff.
Excellent food. Excellent service!
Excellent food, excellent service! What more could you ask for?! The salmon was great as was the chicken caprese! We definitely will be back!
It was our first time at a 110 Grill and we were very pleased; especially where this one had only been open a week. We sat at the bar, and aside from a bit of a wait for bread, the service was excellent. Our food choices were very good as well and I had enough for another meal at home. My cosmo was delicious and hubby was pleased with the beer selection.
We have signed up for the loyalty program because we will definitely return.
Can’t say enough about the staff! Our server Lindsay was phenomenal with our table of seven, three adults and four children under age 9. The general manager, Rainey, was great- both were very attentive and the GM checked in with our table to make sure all is going well. Took a while for this “chain” to make its way to the North Shore, and the wait was worth it! Not only do you get to see the glow of the infamous Hilltop tree, a cultural and regional icon, in its glory but you get to enjoy a scratch kitchen with great food and a cozy atmosphere...parking was easy as was access off of Route one. Will be back again soon!
We did not receive bread in the beginnng of our meal. Our drinks took at least 15 minutes to arrive almost as if he forgot about them. I paid $19 for a chicken piccata and that is so much more than what you should be charging. It was soggy because it was over saturated from the enormous amount of lemon juice added. And the taste and quantity was ok. I couldn’t even taste anything else. The second time around he forgot my drink while barely getting to my friends. He never checked in not even once AND we had to ask someone for our checks, it was bad. Then when he came over to grab them, he charged the wrong cards to the wrong tabs. I would not recommend this place. I understand you just opened but you needed more time training apparently.
We enjoyed a terrific meal at the 110 Grill. All three of our meals - Steak tips, short rib, and swordfish were all delicious. The service had a few kinks being the 2nd night open at this new location, but the staff was very friendly and worked hard to make sure any mistakes were quickly rectified.
Great restaurant and service. Iconic location- on the Hilltop legacy lot
