Always outstanding....food and service is the best in Dallas. Raphael our server suggested the Bone In Prime Rib Special and it was outrageous!! Incredible place for business dinners as the atmosphere and service is simply spot on. Consistent and Delicious.
It was good. My first time at the North location... I will say I expected a little bit better - since it _is_ Al Biernat's. We went for Restaurant Week. The most outstanding dish I had was the Ahi Tuna Poke appetizer. The two sauces were H-O-T (and I L-O-V-E me some hot) - a red chili and a cool green wasabi based sauce. They had the right amount of pop to make the tuna dance… The pork chop was good, but the sauce was forgettable and if pork isn't seasoned well or smoked, it can be bland. Others enjoyed steaks. Overall an OK evening, but… I've come to expect gustatory fireworks from A.B. I don't think that's a bad thing. AB is just that good

We love this place for dinner so decided to try it for brunch. Over all a great experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was good just not as WOW as dinner.

It was my first time to the north Dallas location. I had asked to have my martini brought before the food. The sever brought my first course and then the martini around a bit later. I think it was just too busy we the time we went with the servers available. The food was fantastic.
Always a wonderful time an Al's North. Food is wonderful, price is reasonable, service is excellent. This is a regular spot for us.
Very positive experience. The food was very good, service was good and the overall experience was very nice.
Service was highlight. It should have been the food. Wedge salad as obviously pulled out of a refrigerator as the dressing was soldi in place. The lettuce was light green, as in not ripe and sour.
The lobster and filet was passable but not what one would expect from Al Biernat’s. The crust on the creme brûlée was burnt too much and tasted like it.
Not worth $300 for two.
Quite disappointed and will not return or recommend.
Side note: I thought there would be a dress code of some sort but there were people there in sandals and cargo shorts.
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. He got the wagu steak that was highly recommended- except it took three times for the steak to come out as he had requested. The waitress and manager were wonderful, kind, and professional at how they handled the situation- so we were very pleased with that part of it. However, we won’t be visiting this steakhouse again- we will just stick with our favorite steakhouse- Dee Lincoln Prime. My dish was also just okay- filet mignon with lobster. It was about average.
The food...the service...everything about this place is top notch. We have always enjoyed dining at Al Biernat's and will continue to do so. We were celebrating the end of our first week back at school just because and chose to do so at the North Dallas location since it is closer to our home. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were flavorful, and the dessert was outstanding! Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. We'll definitely be back soon!
We dined during Restaurant week. The steak was deliciously seasoned, however a bit chewy. The coconut pie tasted like one out of the freezer section at my grocery store which was unfortunate. I was really hoping it was home made and delicious. Overall, very good...lacking in the dessert!

Everything was top notch, as always! However, the valet asked if we would like a car wash while we were having lunch and I said "that would be nice". I figured it would be about $20.00. To my dismay, when we were leaving the restaurant, the valet asked if I wanted to pay cash or with a credit card for the car wash. I was about to give him the $20.00 and decided to ask how much it was. To my dismay, he said $30.00 and that it's usually $50.00; but, my car wasn't that dirty so he discounted it. Are you kidding me??? This was just for a car wash, no wax, no detail. Ridiculous and it quite frankly annoyed me to no end! Valet needs to be upfront and let Al Biernat's customers know what this car wash costs!!!

We were seated in room behind the bar. At first it was good because the sound level was more quiet but it got very noisy and the room was freezing and I had a sweater.
The food was not outstanding. The Caesar salad had way too much dressing on it, flavor of dressing kind of tasteless. The waiter brought me a lighter dressed salad. I had the salmon nothing special served over a huge clump of spinach.
Ordered the coconut créeme pie which has always been my favorite. Was disappointed nothing special.

My wife and I had a drink at the bar and then sat for dinner.The entire experience was extremely well done. The food and drink were outstanding as was the service. By chance we were there during "restaurant week" and selected from that menu, which was excellent value for an upscale restaurant like Al Biernat's.
Great food and service.
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Our waiter was engaging and funny. Our group LOVED the corn and crab chowder, the 6 oz filet was like silk and the coconut cream pie was over the top! It was a perfect dining experience.

Went for RW with out of town guest - didn’t get the correct menus and waitress seemed a little annoyed when we asked for it so she brought us one restaurant week menu for the 3 of us to share. We made our selections and she seemed to warm up to us.
After that, the staff that were part of our service team were so nice and helpful and really went the extra mile to make our experience special. Food was delicious- great options for Restaurant Week in Dallas. Have been here many times and will come back. Highly recommend the Wellington bites - the peppercorn sauce that comes with it is awesome!
Loved the food and all hints associated with the dinner...great drinks and Marty was good at providing dinner options along with staging time for us to visit.
