One of our faves and this visit was no exception. Seneca our waiter was great! Suggested some wonderful options. The special that night was wonderful.
Not too loud. We could actually hold a conversation with everyone seated. Unusual, even in high end restaurants.
Great as usual
Its all about the service and they nail it from the front door to the bar to the table every time I have been there.
Bone in filet was undercooked and had to be sent back
Consistently good food and wonderful service. Weekends are much easier to get reservations, as a business favorite during the week
Great food, great service, nice ambience. Perfect high end dining experience.
Great service and exquisite food. Never a disappointment
We love Al Biernat’s! The osso bucco is my favorite. Perfect place for the most enjoyable evening.
Great food and great service
First time I've been to Al B's for brunch and it didn't disappoint. The food was very well prepared and presented. More traditional than many of the farm to table places. Our server was incredibly helpful making recommendations on food, main dishes and also dessert. Wine list is legendary as always.
I paid a lot of money for a New York Strip. It was not cooked as I ask for and it was tough. I ask for medium and it came out medium rare. Should not happen when the steak was $50. Potatoes and asparagus were fine. I also felt rushed by the waiter.
Filet was perfect so were sides. Cream corn best ever. Chopped salad perfect.
Service was right on. Little noisy but not too bad. Conversation at time was somewhat difficult.
Five star overall.
Excellent! Great for date night!
Ben was exceptional as a server and bartender. He ensured all our needs were met and went both above and beyond to make sure our celebration went well. In addition, I wanted to complement Ben’s colleague Daniel. Most importantly, the manager Cliff did an excellent job managing , sweeping though every 20
Min to ensure the ambiance was relaxing, and his actions spoke highly to Ben’s service. Great restaurant and thank you for making it a special night- I’ll definitely be back. Please recognize Ben as he truly made
The 3 hour evening extra special. If I owned a unique property or 5 star restaurant, I would have tried to entice Ben as he exemplifies Ritz Carlton’s motto “my pleasure” and the quiet elegant etiquette that is important!
Fantastic as always! A+++
Service was excellent!
The food was not of the caliber that I have had in the past . Halibut was over cooked and the salmon was undercooked and fishy . Food was sub par and not worth the money
I felt desciminated. When I arrived (w/appointment) we have to wait because after me Caucasian gays arrived and the consierge seat them immediately, then he put me at the end of the restaurant, was hot but we do not said anything, we notice that oue waitress was angry because we didn't order wine, the food was bad and cold, but the mgr. Was nice and changed.
A little pricey but the food and service is excellent!
The biggest disappointment was the service. Our waitress would disappear for incredibly long periods of time. We always had to ask for her, even to place the food order. Very very poor service, which put a damper on the entire experience.
Best steak experience ever!! Everything was delicious and delightful! We were splurging on my husband’s 60th birthday- the tab was the highest we’ve ever spent on the two of us. It was worth EVERY penny.
A bit pricey, but well worth it. The parmesan crusted snapper, along with the Chilean sea bass was superb!
Great food, great service. Best restaurant in town.
Al Biernat's has been a favorite for almost 20 years - this visit did nothing but to contribute to our choice. It was relaxing, pleasant, tasteful, and fulfilling - not only with excellent food but also service and choices on the specials.
Another great night with friends at Al's!
Excellent service provided and the food was delicious
The food was just OK. There was more lettuce propping the ceviche up than there was ceviche. I had an Aviation cocktail and it was excellent! And the cauliflower dish was great!
Really like the food . It is great quality but also high priced. Wine list could use some better values. More Mixed drinks than most restaurants now so that tells you it's a bit Old School. GREAT people watching.
The steak, which was the real reason for going here, was delicious - seasoned and cooked perfectly. The roasted Brussels sprouts was excellent, but the creamed spinach was just OK. The staff were pleasant and professional, and we didn't feel rushed even when ordering dessert at just after 10 (when they close). I wold definitely recommend!
Incredible food, exceptional service, and great atmosphere. 5 star!
On par with high end steakhouses. Food’s good and the portion is generous. Service could be better - like better clearing/cleaning of the table.
The service and food were pretty good except for the lobster scramble the lobster was a little light.
Brunch was subpar. Expected the food to be way more delicious
We decided on Al’s for Fathers Day. It was amazing as always and Diana was wonderful!
No decor, no theme, looked like an old warmed over Del Frisco s. Such a shame because the food and service are good. Also access from the toll road is tricky.
The bartender Jim made the evening! Great service and attention to detail, will go back just to sit at the bar!! Stellar service!
Our waiter Jeff was outstanding. Would definitely ask for him again. My Copper River salmon was over cooked which made it really dry and not very flavorful. My daughter's filet was outstanding. Enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere.
