    I would like to thank everyone at Al Biernat’s for best diner experience. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and they thought of every detail to ensure we had a lovely night. . The food and drinks was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Gabriel was very professional from start to finish. James Gee made sure we were taken care of and checked on us throughout the evening and as we walked out the door. We will absolutely return to this location. Best regards the Guerra’s

    Friendly greeting at valet and front. Table available as scheduled. Great service from friendly server: explaining specials and accurately taking order; attentive service at table (tea refills, coffee after lunch, to-go box, etc.). Ambience great, not too noisy.

    We went for our anniversary. The staff was very kind and attentive. The food was excellent with good portions. It was a good value for what we paid as well. We would go again. We favor this location over the downtown location.

    Server, (Glen), was excellent. Steak was just ok, cooked correctly...sides were nothing special. We ordered 3. We were very disappointed. Steak wasn't exceptional. Not seasoned or especially tasty. Just ok. Wine list was solid. This was an expensive meal for 4, sadly the birthday person didn't feel it was a special meal.

    Food and service was impeccable. It was ridiculously loud though, I was hoping to have a nice, relaxing, and romantic dinner with my wife and if was booming. Great for them for being busy as a Saturday night would suggest, but it's super loud. Not saying that's bad, but it's not really a quiet romantic type.

    This was our first time at Al Biernat's. It certainly did not disappoint. Each person in our party ordered a different entree along with appetizers and sides. Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. Our waiter and assistant were very professional and so helpful. We loveed that we could carry on a conversation comfortably as the noise level was reasonable. Thank you for making our evening so very enjoyable.!!

    Our 25th anniversary celebration for our Team Member was an awesome experience. The service was great, food was served and cooked to perfection and the ambiance set the mood for our celebration! Thanks to everyone we encountered. We were long overdue for a team outing and can't think of a better place to host it.

    The service was outstanding! Our server, Sam was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! I’ll request him on our next visit. Such an exemplary server! Sam continually addressed us by our first names throughout our dining experience and offered a fabulous dessert and scripted Congratulations plate for our celebration🎉 Crab cake appetizers were prepared perfectly served with optional Horseradish, Whole Grain Mustard, Spiced Tomato Jam.. delicious! The Roasted Halibut was tender, moist and was accompanied with capers in a light red sauce! Phenomenal! Overall, from start to finish..EXCELLENT! Thank you!

    The waitstaff was absolutely incredible! The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. The only complaint is we were told our party would be sat in a semi private room, upstairs and that did not happen. We were downstairs in a loud room.

    During my recent dining experience at Al Biernat’s, I had the opportunity to meet the manager, James Gee. James greeted my date I with a warm greeting and smile. He was very attentive and and ensured that our dining experience was above and beyond our expectations. Our sever, Sam, was quite delightful as well. His customer service was top notch. All of Sam’s recommendations were excellent!! From our drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desert. A memorable for my date and I as the Al Biernat’s experience was impeccable. Will be dining in again soon as we near the holiday season. Thank you Sam and James!

    What an amazing experience! The food was delicious and our server Sam was very attentive. The night was topped off with a table visit from the manager James. What a treat that was! He is exceptional at his job and made sure our night was perfect in every way! Already made a reservation for next week!

    The accommodated us on celebrating our new marriage and my wife’s new promotion by writing congrats on our dessert plates, which made my wife very happy! The dinner was outstanding, we got a filet mignon and the scallops. Everything was perfect!

    We ate at the bar as we usually do for lunch and were pleased to see Griff behind the bar once again! The food is consistently great at Al’s, but the specials take it to a whole new level. The icing on the cake (even if you skip dessert) is the attentive, friendly and familiar service from Griff who makes us feel like a guest in his home. This is what sets Al’s apart…the people they hire and retain. Thank you for another great experience Griff!

    We celebrated a birthday at Al Biernat's and it was fabulous! The food was excellent (salmon; cream corn; mushroom risotto; and Brussel sprouts). Had chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert - delicious. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfect for an adult birthday celebration. I highly recommend.

    I still haven’t stopped talking about my experience at this fine establishment and the delicious meal I was served. Our waitress Cassidy was nothing but a pleasure to talk to. Very responsive and helpful when it came to us having questions about the steak cuts. Overall, I had an amazing time! I would definitely book a flight from North Carolina to Dallas just to eat here again!
