   steak was way too salty and overcooked. not a great night. but, its the holiday! drink excellent. service impecabble. maitre d and welcome and manager outstanding and valet, had car ready! you cant miss with this place. tell them no salt on next visit.

   We were greeted warmly, and our table was ready for us immediately so that was all good. We sat upstairs kind of in the sunporch I guess you would call it which was kind of interesting because he didn’t really get a vibe of a restaurant but it was it was good. Our service was really good from our waiter and Marty the manager on duty checking in on us so service at Al Biernat’s is really probably the best of all the steakhouse is a Dallas!! Actually didn’t have a steak as I wanted something different and had the chicken piccata as three of us at the table had that in the seared Aji tuna - everybody enjoyed their meal! So glad Al Biernat’s came up to North Dallas

   My wife and I dined at Al Biernat's North for our 35th Anniversary. The food was fantastic especially the Buffalo filet!! Since I let them know in advance about our anniversary, they gave us a spacious table in the corner, and most surprisingly gave us complimentary champagne and desert - a $25 value! Much appreciated!! Also, both the manager and our server gave us their business cards. Never had that happen before! Can't recommend this place enough!

   The steak tartare with home made potato chips is delicious. My wife loves their tuna poke, and I had the 20oz. prime rib which was cooked a perfect medium rare, and absolutely delicious. Another great meal at one of our favorite restaurants. Great food and great service.

   We went for Saturday brunch, which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. Bebe was our waitress & she was personable, professional and attentive. Everyone from the valet to the manager that rounded on us were great. Thanks for the experience. We’ll be visiting again.

   First time to dine here, went for the Lobster Risotto which was excellent (had 2 bowls) Waiter was great, bread, appetizer were great also. I ordered the Angus/Wagyu NY strip, not any different than any other NY strip I have had except the price. Had the Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Crème pie (more like a Tart) and it is a must, the flavors were outstanding. This place is pricey, and noise level is high, but overall worth the experience!

    Mark, our server, was terrific. Great knowledge. Attentive, but not overbearing. The whole staff is extremely professional and provides a superior experience.

    My wife’s was meal great and mine was ok. What was really 5 Star was the lady that waited on us. She was outstanding. Also the wait staff was energetically removing our dirty dishes and replenishing our water etc. Great experience!

    We had an amazing experience from the waiter to the food and just the overall atmosphere. We will definitely be suggesting this restaurant to other friends as well as coming back to enjoy this experience ourselves.

    The service was disappointing for this meal. I chose to come here for Father's Day because the service has always been great and I wanted something that would be a reliable meal to treat the fathers in our family. The waiter was gone for long spurts of time, failed to check on us for our entire meal. Then, when it was time for dessert, he failed to bring spoons and disappeared into the kitchen instead of grabbing some from the station 6 feet away. We saw every other male take home a hat too, seemingly a Father's Day gift. Maybe they ran out, maybe our waiter forgot, not sure the fathers at our table even wanted a hat, but it was a overall subpar and disappointing experience. After 2.5 hours, I could not leave quick enough, my kids were overly tired.

    We always love our time at Al Biernat. The service was average. They were very busy though as it was Fathers Day. It took a while to get drink orders, but once we did, everything sped up. The food was top notch! 💜

    Father's Day Brunch was overwhelmingly crowded and noisy, and not our usual pleasant experience. Our reservation was for 2:00 pm, but we were not seated until 2:25 pm. We waited for over an hour for someone to take our orders. There were 6 of us. The manager realized that the kitchen was not able to get the orders in a timely manner, so he gave us drinks on the house which include a carafe of mimosa and two sodas. That was nice, but it did not help the poor service We had eaten an early light breakfast, so by 3:00 pm, we were starved. Finally, the waiter asked if we wanted an extra basket of bread after waiting over an hour without taking our orders. . It was over an hour and 15 minutes before our orders were taken and another 35 minutes before we were served. My granddaughter ordered pancakes, but she never received syrup. The restaurant was overbooked. I made reservations a week in advance with no problems. It was not an enjoyable experience. We will not return for Father's Day!

    Beautiful experience as we walked in we were greeted by a the beautiful and professional host staff. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious despite it taking a while to come out, it was Father’s Day. The departure however not as pleasant because it was so crowded. I would definitely recommend despite the holiday crowd.
