Overall experience was great. Service was a little slow, but we weren’t in a hurry and just enjoying our night out. We will go back.

The atmosphere and service was great. The food presentation, and taste was good. The only complaint I have, is the food was not hot. When it came out it was luke warm. Other than that it was great, and I would return.

Service and food were excellent on our visit. Our service was provided by Delores. She was attentive, polite and professional. Food was really good during our visit on a Tuesday night. Would recommend and go again.

The osso buco was actually quite good. I imagine with all of the cattle farms surrounding the resort, it's not hard to get good cuts of veal. The reason I give such a low score for food is that everything else was terrible. The fried calamari is quasi fraudulent. In the pictures, it looks like freshly breaded calamari, exemplary even. In reality, it looked, felt, and tasted like Long John Silver's. For $18 I expect more than that. The chicken parm too looked frozen and institutional. The meatballs were dry and rubbery. The atmosphere was terrible. It looks like a cafeteria in the basement of a 1980's corporate park on the side of the highway.

We always love this dinner spot when we are in Snowshoe for our family trip. Chill atmosphere, good food (they were out of Parmesan cheese ha, but that's rare) - check it out!

Taylor was our waitress and she was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and really took care of us on our anniversary. The food portions were great (had the veil) and it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

The management at Al Dente bent over backwards to accommodate the dietary needs of 2 family members with Celiac disease and another with food allergies. We had a large party of 12 with 5 grandchildren ages 8-3.

We were a little concerned about eating here after reading some of the other reviews. This is one of the only places we had not eaten a meal at Snowshoe, so we wanted to try it. We made a reservation for a Tuesday night as they opened and we had a choice of tables and it was not busy the whole time we were there. Our server was very attentive and we got a wonderful table for two at a window overlooking the slopes. I had the steak pizzaiola and my wife had the chicken alfredo, both were very good and my steak was cooked to order. We had to wait a few minutes for the bread since they just opened, but it was hot and very delicious when delivered to our table. The portions were good and very tasty.
