My husband and I have eaten regularly all around the Portland area for forty plus years and have finally met what we both agree is our favorite restaurant. The food and service were quite simply perfect from the wine to the fresh, delicious salads; to the Pork Spinalis with chimichurri sauce; to the panna cotta with fresh fruit. ALL perfectly done!

This was our first time trying Avanti’s after so many people have told us about It. Food was good but was VERY disappointed that at 6pm when they open at 4OPM that they were out of the Braised Ribs which is why we went there. Crab cakes were wonderful. Was my birthday so was very bummed they did not have what we went for.

Chef Mark, Jeane and staff do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome! I mean the food is excellent, and you will be hard pressed to find an equal. But for us it's the way they bring the whole experience together. We just love Avanti! It never fails that should we go somewhere else, we regret it. Thank you Mark, Jeane and team!

Had been wanting to try this place for quite a while but had not worked out. Heard they had very good food and great menu. Finally got to try and...Food was much better than even we had heard or expected. Will be making this one of our go to spots.
