Menu highlights include seasonal crudos, lobster roll, udon noodle with spicy shrimp sugo, moqueca fish stew and Bev’s clam strip burger, all served alongside tiki cocktails.
Our server was great! Super attentive and nice personality however the food service was slow for a Sunday and it wasn’t busy.
Loved everything about our meal, so many different options all amazing. Cannot wait to return and try the rest of the menu. Service was perfect, attentive but not overwhelming. Went with quite a variety from the menu and loved everything. The standout for us was the poke bowl....what do you do to those mushrooms??? Could eat a whole plate of them but the combination with the bowl was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful evening!!
The service wAs subpar
We got our drinks after our dinner and my dish came out wrong
Had to search for our server she wasn’t attentive at all and place was empty
Food was good
Food & Service good. Very loud - too noisy to talk across table with dining partner.
The lobster roll and mimosas are good. If you aren't into those things, you can skip this place and visit any restaurant that serves brunch.
Always a perfect meal, 1 of my top 5 favorite places in Atlanta including my parents’ house.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Beetlecat! The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, the drinks were awesome, and the food really exceeded my expectations! The tuna tartare was my favorite dish. I loved the decor and all the little touches that proved that they care about the whole experience. Thanks for a great night!
We had a wonderful experience! Will definitely come by again!
Food and service both were excellent. There was a fluke that caused my food to take a little longer, but both our server Cole and the manager went above and beyond to make it right.
Made a late reservation on a Saturday night mussels tasty fried okra outstanding!; eggplant a little bitter. Timely service, energetic noise level. Overall great dining experience.
Fantastic meal. Great menu. Beautiful space. Perfect spot in Inman Park!
My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at Beetle Cat! Our first time there! Recommended by our son. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Can’t wait to go back and it will be soon!!!
First, there is a limited lunch menu that was not known until reaching the restaurant. Second, there was a rip in the cushion of the seating with a knitted blanket intended to cover the tear. The salad was supposed to be a kale salad, but had very little kale. Rather, brown lettuce and dark fruit (allegedly peaches) were what was delivered.
While I have has the lobster rolls prior, these were flavorless meat with haphazard seasoned mayonnaise applied more to the plate. The chips however were so over-seasoned and under-cooked they were inedible.
Ford Fry may want to revisit this place and decide if opening for lunch is a good idea. It is not worth the $120 I paid and it is clear the staff was phoning it in. It is especially nice when the waiter tries to tell you that your reason for not choosing oysters is "an old wive's tale". It may be, but if I tell you I am not eating oysters, you are not going to convince me.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Expensive bad food in a run down atmosphere based on physical condition and staff apathy.
Nice place. Good service, and the food seemed fresh. I went on a Wednesday night and had my choice of seating. I did not go to the downstairs area.
Delicious but a bit high in price. Good portions. Well done.
I would recommend Beetlecat to anyone! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and happy hour is the best deal in town. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful about all of the items on the menu. The cocktails are amazing as well! Great place, can’t wait to go back!
Good time until the table filled up next to us with a very loud party. But overall still a good evening.
Came for my brother’s birthday, his first time. Spencer was an amazing server and our meal, as usual, was fantastic. It’s just always a pleasure being at Beetlecat.
Brunch-lobster roll Best ever will go back will tell all my friends
Food was great service was Awesome
Thank so much for accommodating our party of 10. It was a birthday celebration and it went very smoothly thanks to your staff. The two hosts were amazing and our server was awesome too. The food was just as good as the service!
Everything was perfect!!!
Service was amazing! Definitely looking forward to doing it again.
Best lobster roll I’ve ever had!!!
Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent variety. Excellent oysters. Excellent Lobster Roll. Everything was excellent.
Great place for a casual fun brunch with a friend!
Get the lobster roll and bakes oysters!
Host greeter and wait staff were very good and also engaging as people. Food arrival was timely and the quality was very good. The three of us had a wonderful time and meal. Top to bottom, a good time with good food.
Would go again, but a bit pricey Get the coconut pie!
The donut brunch is delicious. Will definitely do it again.
WONDERFUL MEAL AND SERVICE!!
We love sea food and Bettlecat has a fabulous seafood offerings. We had a the conch fritters and lobster roll. Very delicious. The lobster roll was the best we have tried in Atlanta.
This was our first time at Beetlecat is it lived up to the reviews. Fried bread with smoked salmon dip was great. Wife loved the oysters and my lobster roll was better than ones I’ve had in the Northeast. Would highly recommend.
Insane value for price
I always have a great time at Beetlecat! Service is always great and the manager Brian always come and checks in with us to make sure we are having a great time! Ya'll are awesome!
AMAZING...the food choices...are off the chain...and shareable...the chips...that accompanied our lobster roll...TO DIE FOR...and don't forget the... signature drinks... especially...ATTACK OF THE KILLER TOMATO...again...TO DIE FOR...
Fun decor with kitschy vibe and very eclectic menu. Extensive bar and oyster menu. Love that the menu design, the decor and the menu options all tie into the theme---very well executed!
Good place to share plates . We were here on oyster night when some of the oysters offered were $1.00 each and that is a deal. Especially loved the cocktail sauce which arrived with a lot os shredded fresh horseradish to stir into the ketchup. The shrimp quac was excellent with large, very large chunks of avocado in it.
All the seafood we had was very fresh, delicious and great for sharing.
We loved our experience at BeetleCat. Remy was our server and took excellent care of our needs while also making an impactful human connection. The Attack of the Killer Tomato is my new favorite drink, all the food was easy to share and delicious, and the oysters were amazing and the selection menu gave accurate descriptions that made it easy to choose what we wanted. We'll be back!
We saw a TV show that featured the donut brunch and decided to take some out-of-town visitors. The donuts are like most “gourmet donuts”: overly greasy, overly sweet, and fairly dense. The fried chicken on The Glazed Chicken sandwich is very good, but having two whole donuts for the “bun” kind of overpowers it. We asked if my daughter’s sandwich could be on donuts as shown on the TV show and we’re told that isn’t allowed. We ordered it and added 2 donuts to make it ourselves, but the kitchen made it for us. It was an overall OK experience, but ran about $20 per person and felt a little overpriced for what we got. I doubt we will ever return.
