    It started off wonderful, it was my wife birthday, we have been many times and had great experiences. They decorated out table and made us feel special when we arrived. In the beginning the service was great and the food came out super quick, which was good, but kind of crazy how fast it came. After we had drinks and appetizers the service slowed. We ordered two more drinks and food. The food cam quickly and was good. Not the best I have had there prior, but it was still very good. It was completely full and we get it. Still everything was good. After finishing we sat for a while and no one cleared the table or even checked on us. There were tons of folks running around but we sat there for about 10-15 minutes, after we finished and were a little confused. After coming by to clear the plates, the waiter brought cake for my wife with a small gift. Again, it was all good, but the weird gap in time where we were sitting there with our plates made everything feel a little weird. We have always had such high level service there, it just felt like we were forgotten, towards the end which tainted the overall experience. I know this a little knit picky but at this level service needs to be consistent through out the entire meal. Overall love the Blueridege Grill and appreciate the effort made for my wife birthday, just would came away feeling a little left out at the end of the meal.

    Taina was our server, and she was wonderful! She was on the spot with refills, deliveries, etc. She is a true gem. Whoever the chef was that prepared my filet, (I know it was a "he" with lots of experience.) made the most delicious filet cooked to perfection. I've never had such a delicious steak! It was my mama's 90th birthday, and she picked BRG as her choice for dinner. Everyone at the restaurant made her feel so special. Thank you very, very much!

    Service was perfect. Dean is your best ambassador for good service. The complimentary desert ice cream oreo cake is absolutely the best ever desert! Nice to get a surprise on a 51st anniversary dinner!

    Food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. However, our waiter was not very attentive and caused us to be at lunch for 2 hours. He was extremely kind and when he was tending to us, he was great.

    Always a treat to go to BRG. Lady peas are still in and great. Corn soufflé' is like a dessert. Patrick is always a great maître de. And rack of lamb superb, as is the trout. Great ambiance as well. See you soon!

    We loved our first experience at Blue Ridge Grill. We arrived early for our reservation so we grabbed a couple of seats at the bar for a cocktail. James, one of the bartenders, makes a wonderful martini. The cheese crackers were a definite surprise and delight! We were seated shortly after and had a wonderful time with Jasmine. She provided us with house and her personal recommendations on dishes. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. As we finished our bottle of wine (great collection to chose from) we were again surprised and delighted to receive chocolate mint patties to end the evening. We will be back!

    Blue Ridge Grill is one of our favorite places to eat. The service was a bit slow tonight as it seemed our server had too many large groups (we were a party of two). Upon being seated, It took awhile for him to take our drink order & the  old fashioned had no smoky taste to it at all & the Aperol Spritz was flat. Our food was great as always. We started with the Blue Ridge salad & smoked salmon dip & our main course was the short ribs & swordfish special. We again waited a bit to be asked if we would like coffee & dessert. Will definitely be back & hoping to give 5 stars next time.

    Once again, an outstanding meal was had by all at the blue Ridge Grill! Everyone got something different as an entrée, and everyone enjoyed everything, appetizers were amazing, as well as desserts! Can’t wait to return!

    This is a great restaurant. Last year my husband surprised me with this fine dining experience for my 42 wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience. I have since wanted to return so we took our friends there for their 35th wedding anniversary and they loved it as much as we did.

    Shannon is an outstanding professional. He knows the menu and is able to answer specific questions about preparation and help in making decisions about your choice. He never hovers but always shows up when needed. For lunch we ordered the lobster BLT and it was delicious! I highly recommend the BRG for a business lunch or a personal celebration.

    We came from out of town based on reviews, etc. It was the day of my husbands birthday. I mentioned the birthday on open table only. When we sat there were small decorations and the menu was personalized. It was great! Our servers were fantastic, the food was terrific and the bread was out of this world. We had a great dinner. We were so full we turned down the dessert menu but the server fixed a to go dessert so he would get cake for his birthday anyway. So thoughtful! We enjoyed it very much and if we are ever in town again would come back. Would definitely recommend to others.

    Exceptional service! James provided outstanding consistent service. We started with veal meatballs in a watery mushroom sauce and oysters Rockefeller which were bland and a little oily. We shared the house pear blue cheese salad and it sounded better than it actually was (the presentation was lovely) I had the trout and it was okay. The atmosphere and service was good, however, one recommendation: a very large greeter stood between tables as we were enjoying our dining experience just inches from our food and faces with a huge rear end was gross. Perhaps training on the impact of this and service from the aisle would be a great idea.
