    Dinner was delicious, but for 12 oz New York steak to only having 4 small bite sized chunks seems really not as advertised, the lamb rank only has 4 bones portions … sigh

    Everything was wonderful! From the service to the detail of helping us celebrate a special birthday; we highly recommend Bolero. The food and the ambiance were magnificent. Truly a wonderful experience!

    I have to say though the service was excellent the waitress completely forgot the occasion we were celebrating a birthday Although when we checked in the hostess reaffirmed the birthday however it was not passed on

    The waiter Joshua was incredible, he was professional, and detailed. He navigated us through the menu and gave us some great suggestions. We were in Temecula for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and this place definitely delivered great food and overall experience. The outside seating was beautiful with nice lighting and heaters. Definitely looking forward to coming back again. 😃

    Charming European ambience. Food and Service was excellent. Tapas and Shrimp Paella was incredible. Look forward to going back to try other Paella options. Excellent wine, as well The outdoor patio was active and music playing on a Tuesday evening. Taco Tuesday Great social feel.

    One of the worst experience I had in a long time. Asked for a bottle of water and got 3 different people bringing us glasses of ice water. Then it took 45 minutes to get a plate of iberico ham and Spanish cheese. By that time, our white wine flight was warm and undrinkable. On top of that, the ham was improperly cut and put in little balls off shredded meat. The watermelon salad had a weird taste. The ceviche was poor quality and the paella was sub standard.I ordered a broke of wine and I kept being pieces of cork in every poor I got. Save yourself and go elsewhere, I know I will never go back there.

    Celebrated our anniversary and a birthday. Appetizers were excellent, we had the Brussel Sprouts and the eggplant and shishito peppers with house made chips. Main entrees were Sea Bass, that was perfectly cooked, and jumbo shrimp with pasta that was delicious. Our server Joseph took excellent care of us and comped a special dessert for our celebrations.

    Very nice Spanish restaurant. Chef Hany & staff do an amazing job in menu planning & presentation. Took some friends who had never been & they loved it. Full bar in a winery is a plus!

    Our server was exceptional! Unfortunately we forgot his name, but his knowledge and ability to navigate us through the food choices was impeccable. The food was delicious with the charcuterie and scallops being our favorite dishes of the night. The mocktail was sooo good! We plan to go back for date night to try the paella and steak.

    I thought the food was good, not exceptional. The patio had music that was pretty loud in the restaurant and you could hear a dog barking loudly on the patio. When I arrived I told the host my name and that I had a reservation for 2. She looked around and asked if I wanted the patio or main dining. I asked for the main dining and when I made the reservation I said it was a birthday celebration so that struck me that she was asking about the patio which was extremely loud. Later that night I received an email asking why I missed my reservation. I explained that I was there and gave my servers name. In closing the experience was OK.

    We went for a birthday celebration and had Jeri as our server. She is fantastic. So personable and attentive. Food was great. My paella, which I’ve had in the past and absolutely loved was a little overdone/dry and the bulb of garlic was almost raw instead of roasted and creamy. One of our party got the octopus and absolutely loved it and one other got the sliders that she loved. Desserts were delicious and of course we love the wine!

    Excellent. Very enjoyable evening. I’ll be back. Wine flight was perfect choice. Crab stuffed avocado and meatball appetizers were fantastic Steaks were perfectly done. Great place in the Temecula Wine Country.

    The charcuterie board was really good, excellent cheeses and jamón. We enjoyed the drunken shrimp, the grilled octopus, the artichoke was just ok would not order again and their mashed potatoes were plain, next time will try patatas bravas instead. The paella was very good and it takes 45 minutes to be ready. Muscles were very good. Highly recommend the cava.
