   De mis lugares favoritos. Sin embargo esta vez, la picahna no estaba al termino solicitada y bastante dura. En otras ocasiones siempre ha sido perfecta. Pero el resto todo muy bien.

   Un lugar que se disfruta mucho. El ambiente es agradable y la comida muy sabrosa. Los cortes de carne con ese sazón apropiado y las bebidas muy bien servidas. Muy recomendable.

    Well first what a beautiful looking restaurant. The ambience is just right with the perfect mix of great music and lighting and the decor is just amazing. Our waiter Johel was fantastic. Helping us with the menu, explaining the Spanish throughout each option and giving us great recommendations along the way. Our Spanish is little to none so his patience was appreciated. We had some amazing tuna to start which was fresh, flavoursome and simple some of the best appetisers we’ve had anywhere in Costa Rica. Then we went all out with the 1KG pichania. It was DELICIOUS , the ‘Chinmi-Hendrix’ sauce was amazing and added levels of flavour to the already amazing meat. Furthermore we had great bubbles to start , a great rice pudding dish to finish and overall a fantastic time . Don’t be put off from its location , a taxi from central San Jose will take 10-20 mins and although you’ll head to a very quiet part of town you’ll be happy when you get to the place. If your Spanish is bad or you need help they will be super happy to practise English with you and guide you through some delicious food. They have incredible cocktails and a a beautiful setting.     Todo se cocina a la leña, se puede ver como utilizan los fuegos en las cocinas abiertas. Muy buenos cócteles, tanto los clásicos como los originales. Súper recomendado!

    Restaurante muy acogedor, buen servicio al cliente, el único detalles es que las sillas me parecen incómodas, no me son confortables la verdad. Los mejillones muy buen sabor pero había muchos que estaban cerrados, el arroz bastami con almendras de muy buen sabor, así también la ensalada de camarones. El tuetano no fue del agrado de mi amiga. Con seguridad volveré

    La comida estuvo deliciosa, entradas, fuertes y postre, aunque los cocteles no son espectaculares. El ambiente y música perfecto. El punto negativo fue el servicio en general por parte del salonero y sus comentarios sobre la comida. Muy buena la entraña y los tacos!

    Fabulous dinner as always. They are so kind, patient and helpful with my food allergies. I feel safe eating there, which is so valuable and rare. Thanks Suzette for your help and wonderful service. Love Botaniko and it’s one of my fave places for a fun business dinner with out of town guests. Highly recommend and ask for Suzette!

    Fue nuestra segunda visita a Botaniko, hoy probamos la Parrillada los chinchulines estaban buenísimos, los Nacho libres que es una margarita con Piña asada deliciosas y probamos el nuevo postre la ensalada de fruta con helado de limón muy refrescante, gran atención al detalle por parte de Johel el salonero! Gracias al chef Sebas La Rocca por tan linda propuesta y su atención siempre a los detalles

    Los diferentes ambientes son espectaculares, llenos de rincones. La comida desde los platos pequeños hasta los cortes muy bien preparados. Me encanta la picaña y las tostadas de atún. Les recomiendo ampliar las opciones de vino para acompañar la carta.

    Es mi primera vez en Botaniko me lo recomendaron mucho y realmente supero mis espectativas, el menú es súper variado, en mi caso que soy vegetariano encontré muchas opciones y me gusto mucha la recomendación de Mauricio en los tragos el nacho libre está fuera de serie! Definitivamente Botaniko es mi Nuevo lugar favorito en San Jose !

    Esta vez además de la carne que siempre comemos, probamos nuevos platos del menú, la ensalada de camarones estaba deliciosa, el aderezo amarraba todos los sabores muy armoniosamente. También comimos el curry de garbanzos y estaba muy rico. El servicio del muchacho que nos atendió fue muy amable y siempre súper atento. Volveremos de nuevo pronto!

    No hace mucho cambiaron el menú y aún me encuentro struggling si probar otros platos que no haya probado o seguir comiendo lo de siempre. Encuentro que la relación precio-calidad es excelente, aparte que el ambiente, la decoración pero especialmente los chico@s que trabajan aquí, se esmeran desde que llegas hasta que te vas a que te sientas realmente chineado. Gracias por los cocteles, la buena comida y la excelente atención. Ahh y súper recomendados el curry de garbanzo, el crudo de vieras y el gallo de pescado.

    La selección del menu es muy limitada, no hay buena relación precio valor, la calidad de los platillos baja, mi plato estuvo salado, si ser algo complicado ( trucha asada ). El platillo de mi amiga, terrible, la milanesa pasada de cocción y dura. El Chef/propietario nos preguntó sobre cómo estuvo la cena, le hice el comentario y fue muy grosero, no hubo una disculpa, ni buena atención de su parte. NO lo recomiendo. Primera y ultima visita.
