Modern gas and electric ovens cannot produce the intense heat needed - over 700 degrees - to achieve the crispy, smoky crust that our oven provides. Seated when we arrived for our reservation. That was the good. Drinks, apps and 2 pizza's ordered. Drinks came within a decent amount of time. Drinks were awful. I ordered an old fashion. Not sure what I was brought. Never could say anything because we were on ignore from then. Couple came in after us got their drinks, apps and setting up table for a pizza. Still server did not check on us. After about 25 minutes of not being checked on we left. That's when she came to us. Just walked out. After 30 minutes total we had bad drinks(we each took two sips), and completely ignored.

Was really looking forward to trying this place. Very fun looking, menu looked interesting. Our Server was phenomenal, engaged with my Grandsons, we ordered the child pizza's, turns out they bring the dough out with the sauce and toppings on the side so the kids can make their own, LOVE IT. Food was good, not great or through the roof. We had wings and pizza. Again, service was terrific, very attentive, checking in, engaging with the boys. We enjoyed ourselves and will go back.

Checked on the website, said it was open on Tuesday. Called, and was told in a voice mail to make a reservation online. Made a reservation for Tuesday for 6 people. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed.

First and foremost, staff of two were friendly and efficient Now to everything else: -- hours were incorrect on website and Google Maps -- says open at 11:00 am opened at 2:00 pm -- saw plenty of folks leave with frowns when rejected at door -- draft beer totally flat not even cold (105 degrees outside) -- calimari from reg menu @ $15 = unseasoned, dull, tasteless -- meatballs from happy hour menu = zero taste -- thought they would have removed the calimari from the bill as 80% was left on the plate, ah well -- whatcha gonna do? Would I recommend... aah no, but your mileage may vary -- good luck

Kitchen seemed to have an off night. We've enjoyed better meals there, but we are looking forward to going back. Service was warm and friendly as always. Great outdoor setting in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It remains a favorite!

To begin, it was over 95 degrees outside and the restaurant was stifling as their was no air conditioning. The salad we ordered was yellowed spines and the pizza had no char and seemed to be microwaved.

The entire team was polite and upbeat. We were seated at a balcony table which was lovely once the sunset. Wine and mixed drinks had a good size pour. The gluten-free pizza crust was very tasty with unique flavors to choose from. The steak though was a huge disappointment. It was cut irregularly, poorly cooked, and lacked flavor. The vegetables on the plate were the best part. The service was VERY leisurely. We won't be back.

Very bad service and poor handling of the situation by Liz, the manager. We were seated at 7:00. By 8:15, we had received one margarita and only the appetizer. And the appetizer we ordered was supposed to come with bread that showed up a full 15 minutes later. Except for the bar area, the restaurant was only half full. There was no excuse and no apologies.

Hosted tried to seat in the back even though several open tables by the windows. I had a reservation, not a walk in. We objected and then got a decent table. Drinks were overpriced and food was mediocre. You can do better.

Very disappointed. Been there in years past and enjoyed the experience. This time was a let down. Got there on time for reservation with request for a balcony view. Didn’t get it because they were short staffed?? 15 min later others were given the balcony with no reservation. Pizza was mediocre.

It’s been years since we had visited this place. Great food , need to steam clean the stairs leading to the restaurants on the second level, a bit noisy but nice open air feel. Server was on his own, for a number of tables, so service was slow. I would go back and try again

The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging. Our food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. We were there for the happy hour and were impressed with the food and beverage options on the happy hour menu - many happy hour offerings elsewhere are slim or non-existent. Looking forward to our next visit.

We started with the pizza bread which was fantastic! So tasty! We also had Caesar salad, the wedge salad and cauliflower bites. Everything was flavorful and good. Service was a little slow but that’s ok, it gave us more time to chat. We will def be back soon, maybe just for pizza bread and salad!

LocTion is great. Ambience very nice. We ordered salads and pizza. We ask for read for our salad and we were told to “order white pizza as bread: no complementary bread is offered here”. Pizza was not very good. They identified the place as “Italian “: I am Italian and bread is always served at the table and pizza is always as good. Overall not a good experience

Hostess started the experience with an attitude like we owed her. Never a great way to make a first impression. The place was at about 15% capacity, you would think we would get a nice table looking out on the happenings on Palm Canyon Drive. Nope, as far in the back corner as could possibly be. There was literally no one else in the area we were seated. Hostess tosses the menus on the table before we were even seated and walks away. Wait staff was slow and we never saw the same person twice. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even know we were there (rat holed in the corner). Eventually got drinks and our food. Food was meh, standard chain restaurant taste, which is less than desirable. I guess they feel their location will keep them alive with their business model of not expecting repeat diners. That’s all folks…

I went there with my two daughters on a Thursday night. I realize it was the street fair and everyone was busy, but we only saw our waiter twice - once to take an order and deliver water and then to give us the check. Someone else brought our food (which is normal), but they brought the main pizza before the appetizers. My daughter asked for ketchup with her fries and it never came. I feel bad for the waiter because he was covering two sections, but it was still an unfortunate memory in our vacation.

Not only is balcony seating available, but we are also two semi-private rooms from which to choose!<br /><br />Our menu is equally divided into two parts, the first features incomparable thin crust pizza.
