BRIO Tuscan Grille - Miami - The Falls
Server rushed our party of 4, picked up plates when one person wasn’t done eating and then gave it back after he had put other peoples plates on top of his, didn’t offer desert to anyone else at our table, only gave desert to birthday person, overcharged us and had to have him correct it, really, really RUSHED us through the entire dinner. We sat outside and was placed next to a clean up station, very noisy.
I had made a reservation and asked for a nice table as it was our son’s birthday and asked for a cake for him. I was told you sing happy bday but after the fact found out differently.
We won’t be back.

We had a group of ten. The waiter came to take the order at average rate. The rest of the night service was very slow.
New Years Day outing with family. First of all we were seated and there were no plates or silverware on the table. Bread and butter were served and still no plates or silverware. We had to ask. Second our cocktails took 25 minutes to be Sever to us and the place was not busy. When we got our Martini they were warm and the glasses were all wet because the seem to have been cold and now they had condensation. Also food was bland and bathrooms were dirty.
Mal servicio en general. No recomendable en los días festivos como el 31 de diciembre. Mucha desorganización. Y poco personal trabajando. Para nada me gusto. No volvería a reservar con ellos
Great food, great service and ambiance as well. We went to Brio the Falls for Happy New Years Eve and had a wonderful time.
One word describes it: DISAPPOINTING
We’ve been to Rio at The Falls many times and it felt like another restaurant. The service was extremely slow for a restaurant that wasn’t packed. Our first drink order took mores than 10 minutes to arrive and much later the appetizers. The Shrimp and eggplant appetizer was fine but the tomato-mozzarella had a piece of hair in it which our friend notice after we had take a few bites each from it. They removed it from the bill. From the four meals two were good. On one that had chicken the potatoes were cold. My mushroom ravioli used to come with a sauce but this time was completely dried. The waiter said that the restaurant was moving into a more Tuscan style. I asked for some sauce, but it never came. My wife asked for a glass of Pinot Grigio with the main dish but it showed up after she had finished the meal. We had to constantly remind the waiters to remove empty plates and glasses from the table. The seemed indifferent to how messy the table looked which is so basic in restaurant service. The floor around us in a few tables was not cleaned. Everything seems a miss, our friend asked for pepper since the one on the table was empty. He brought another one and was also empty. It seemed like a bad joke. We decided not to order desserts. The main waiter helping was was polite but even he acknowledged that the service was not going well and apologized. Brio at The Falls is what used to be a good restaurant that I don’t know how had turned into a mess. The waiter casually mentioned that they had been acquired by a new company. The staff doesn’t seem to be in sync and it looks like a place poorly run. I’m very disappointed because Brio was kind of a safe place to go and be sure we would get great food with good service. NOT ANYMORE. WE ARE NOT LIKELY TO VISIT THEM IN FUTURE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM WAS WE USED TO. Two Thumbs Down!!!!
One of my favorites and no longer available was: Pasta Pesto was from the lighter menu (550 calories) that had angel hair pasta, grilled chicken, caramelized onions, spinach, tomatoes, red peppers, feta, basil in the light pesto sauce.
It is not replaced with:

Also I LOVED the Salmon Fresca which is no longer available:
Grilled Salmon Fresca
2 3-4oz salmon filets
1 bunch of asparagus
1 large sweet potato
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (I used heirloom tomatoes from Trader Joe's)
2 Tbs. crumbled low fat feta cheese
2 servings pesto vinaigrette (recipe below)
2 servings balsamic glaze (recipe below)
Also my husband has always claimed the Brio Steak salad was the best he has ever had compared to other restaurants. Only to order it and find out they now serve the steak COLD. Man was THAT a disappointment.
It seems to be that they have simplified the menu to simplify the work for the staff. But at the expense of quality healthy food. I am SOOOOO disappointed.
Food came out cold but server never checked on us so we couldn’t let anyone know. We were sitting outside and pigeon stepped on our flatbread pizza. The hostess noticed but never had it taken off my bill
We use to love Brio's. However last couple of times service has been erratic and slow. Food is not what it used to be....food is not terrible...but average. You don't have enough servers. Took waiter long time to come and take our order. No one should sit and wait so long for basic services. I admit the waiter was nice and courteous. And when I tried to put my visit on the Brio app online...couldn't do so. Your service has really dropped.
Great food and value. Dined outdoors at the bar on a beautiful South FL evening.
They changes the whole menue . They replaced everything. Took out my favorite foods and replaced it with in my opinion with shitti ones. Smaller portions for the same price.
I’ve eaten here many times and decided to go with a ribeye steak this time. I should have brought the dog. Poor quality, sometimes things change. I usually order seafood, but this was rediculous. We had this as a menu item on previous occasion and all seemed well. Something changed in a very bad way.

They took off our favorite entree the Salmon al Fresca
So there were many surprises and we were disappointed
But the service was good and the manager was very attentive to us
We had Open Table reservations which hostess never put into the computer until we were leaving and I checked my email and it said our reservation was cancelled. After bringing it to their attention they fixed it but if I wouldn’t have noticed I would have missed out on my points. We asked them to turn down the fan they said okay and never did. They never refilled our water glasses or removed the appetizer plates and dirty utensils. We waited for our salad appetizer and it only came out after we brought it to the waiters attention. We also asked for my son’s meal to be dairy free but they put Ranch dressing in plate in a separate container. And last when he ask if we were finished with our meal he brought us the check without even bothering to ask if we wanted dessert. It’s no wonder the place was so empty when we got there!
Restaurant was musty. Would not go back for breakfast. Eggs were tasteless
The birthday girl have a food allergy she called the night before to cleared about her food allergy and they said was ok for her to eat there, then when everybody was about to eat they waiter said that she can not eat any pasta there for the cross contamination,then the birthday girl ended eating nothing!!, was an awful experience
Made reservations for 7:45, there was plenty of tables available but apparently no tables were ready to go, they sat us down at 8pm. They forgot several requests made by different people in my party. Don’t know what was happening but the service was terrible. Food was just okay.
Wonderful service within good food at reasonable prices. Ambiance was great for a Friday night out with the wife.
We had a great time. I was celebrating my friend’s birthday. We were able to talk and catch up without being interrupted, The waiter, Jaime, was awesome. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
Slow service, incomplete orders.
It was not a busy time when we arrived and order the food.
Our waiter was marginal at best. I have had this guy before and he is not good. We go to Brio several times a month. Normally I avoid this waiter, but this time could not. I don't know who trains the staff at this Brio, but someone needs to. Most of them are polite except their service is lacking. We like the food and I tip well, but to no avail. The only outstanding server is David and now is expediting for the kitchen. There also seems to be new managers rotating through this Brio all the time.
A couple of weeks ago we had to wait for the hostess on the phone with an unhappy employee for 5 or more minutes before seating us.
I understand new owners came from the Darden Group and purchased the Brio chain. Apparently they are over their heads and about to learn a management lesson.
Went to Brio to celebrate my moms 78th bday. Everyone had a good time and the food was delicious. The waiter was very patient as everyone decided want they wanted. The best dishes were the beef carpaccio, the lobster risotto and the mushroom ravioli.
Terrible and horrendous service. two and a half hours to complete a simple meal.
food is good and the atmosphere is so nice. you can make reservations which is a big plus for the Falls area.
More pasta alternatives would be great for those who want light meals. Maybe additional seafood options

service was unusually slow and food was pretty mediocre ...not the usual quality we normally get at Brio's.
I have been here before but this time I was very disappointed. The server kept disappearing all the time. The food not as good as other times.
It was my Birthday dinner. I made the reservation days before and noted it was my birthday. We arrived and they asked what the occasion was and told them. Never got anything for birthday. Service was good. Food was ok. Place was busy
Brio is not what it used to be. The food remains ok, good, but the service is bad. Long waits for waiters/servers, for the food, for the bill, to fix the bill, etc. And it was probably 50% filled on a Sat. night. The casual look of the waiters sort of says it all.
Will not be coming back anytime soon.

The service in BRIO Tuscan Grille -The Falls- was Excellent
Service was terrible. We come here almost monthly. Server had no interest in being efficient. He really just wanted us to hurry up and leave. Several dishes were dirty and were sent back. I was really disappointed.
It was just what we wanted, a place to catch up and enjoy good food. We had a very pleasant experience and the food was great as always!
Service is an issue that this location. It takes too long to get drinks and then the food takes equally long to make its way from the kitchen. The servers don't appear to enjoy their jobs. Overall, this is not a pleasant dining experience.
All in all, everything was good. Unfortunately, our server was not in tune to what we asked for, nor what we needed. My friend asked if you had "sweet" tea and our sever said yes, but actually just brought regular iced tea and my friend had to add sugar to it. No big deal. Then my friend ordered your lobster bisque and even repeated her order twice; our server brought her your regular tomato soup. Of course, it was corrected. I ordered your shrimp Mediterrenean entree and a side of roasted vegetables. It would have been nice of the server to mention that my entree has a good amount of vegetables then I wouldn't have ordered the side dish. It was a waste, because I didn't eat any of it as the vegetables in my entree was sufficient.
