This was our first time here and it will be our last. Where to start... First - it took 25 minutes to even be recognized that we were at a table by the waiter. Second - it took an additional 20 minutes to get water. Third - the restaurant was so cold that the kids were crying and shivering like they were outside without coats on a blizzardy day. Fourth - the waiter took our order - 45 minutes after arriving. There were a number of things on the menu that we could not order because it was not in Utah and they just print menus for the entire company and location - but Utah wouldn't allow for some items. Finally after the 4th item of being told no - asked what we could order - waiter got frustrated and said whatever you want and walked away. Came back 15 minutes later and we ordered what we could or was allowed. Food came out quicker - about 15 minutes after order. However, it was so sweet you couldn't eat it. Fifth - we never saw the waiter until it was time for the check - never received refills on water or soda and one drink came after dinner at the time we got the check. Sixth - waiter said nothing to us but handed the check and said "I added gratuity to the check already." and walked away. We talked to the manager - they removed the gratuity as that is not their standard practice. Overall - terrible experience, too bad as it was Mother's Day and wanted to try something new and fun. Will never return. Also - other tables around us were complaining about the cold temperature - excuse was the building had old bones.

We chose the restaurant on vacation because it was nearby. We had visited another one in the past. This one was clean, campy and smelled delicious from the parking lot. The food was delicious. It came out a little too fast which was not a problem. The value for the quality and quantity was outstanding. We will definitely look for others.

The look is very nice but I feel the food is very overpriced for being not as good as I expected. Most dishes were pretty bland. However it is good for large families and also pretty scenic.

It was a birthday I had reservations , no one sang or brought my sister a birthday dessert without asking, had to ask for refills, extra napkins 2x she forgot first time, asked for Togo containers , didn’t clear empty plates …on table, really disappointed in service !!

The staff was so great. It was valentines day and we had a reservation for 7:15. We showed up at 7:05 and we were at our table by 7:15. The service was fantastic and attentive. The only hang up was the food and the value. The food was not bad. We got the caprese salad. We paid $22 for it and it was not big enough to feed three people. We got the garlic cheese bread and that was large but just okay. We got the Margarita pizza and that was by far the dish of the night. It was very good and the value was worth it. The stuffed shells was the real low spot I thought. It did not appear fresh and frankly it seemed very fast foodish. We then finished with the Italilan Cream cake and it was very good. The real problem was the price. The sizes were bigger than a normal portion, but not big enough to justify the price. Again, the service was spot on and the place itself was great, very enjoyable, but way too expensive for what you are getting.

We went on valentines day. So it was busy as expected. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation to see if we could be seated early. No go. We were seated late to a bussed table that had not been wiped down. Someone through two paper napkins and a pile of silverware right on top of a wet lipstick mark. My wife an I used the paper napkins to wipe down the table. After 15 minutes the server brought some water. We ordered a bottle of wine, and he said he would be back with bread and the wine in a moment. 15 minutes later, the bread came but still no wine. We placed an order for the valentine's day special - salad, heart shaped lasagna for two, garlic bread, and cannoli's for dessert. Shortly after the order, two ladies came out with the heart shaped lasagna and a plater of garlic bread with enough pieces for ten people. Still no wine and still no salad. and no plates. The brought the main course to the wrong table. We grabbed our own plates from the server station nearby. The server walked by an blew up saying he was going to set them straight. We said we would still take the salad and the wine and we were going to be just fine. 15 minutes later, with our bellies full of carbs, the salad came. Still no wine. The waiter went to the bar and grabbed the bottle himself. When he came back and peeled off the metallic seal, he said, oh shoot. Theres a cork. He took the wine back to the bar to open it. Finally the wine came, and we had only a glass before bugging out. Not going back.

Won’t be coming back. The downtown location has better servers, more personable and friendly. We felt rushed to leave the restaurant and as if the waitress was burdened by our being there at all. Very uncomfortable. Food was good. Atmosphere was loud and intrusive to a comfortable valentines dinner. It seems to not be the place for a quiet meal.

Our Thanksgiving reservation was at 4 pm. They got us right in and seated quickly. We had a mixture of traditional Thanksgiving food and pasta and every single item was delicious. It's a smaller menu but with the most favored food items. Three server kept forgetting our oil and vinegar and layer he kept forgetting the whipping cream but overall, this was a great choice for Thanksgiving.

We opted to have an all-important meal, Thanksgiving, at this place, as we were visiting town and wanted to try something a little different. The menu was fixed for the holiday, but the portions were immense and the value was very good. The options were tasty and it was still a lot of food. Service was good, though with the holiday it was a pretty simple service situation. The slight guilt that our server was working on a holiday resulted in a 45% gratuity. We made movie plans and left with our leftovers, and we enjoyed them for the weekend. I am certainly looking forward to going here for the usual Italian meal, I hear it is really great.

The hostess was so sweet. The Service wasn’t great. Server didn’t check on us much, or offer the free bread with oil and vinegar. So that was disappointing. Food was good. Desserts however were absolutely horrible. I don’t recommend the Buddy’s V cakes. One of them tasted like hotdogs. We tried 3 and all were all horrible. Which sucks cause they aren’t cheap.

Buca de Beppo is one of our favorites. The apple-gorgonzola salad is the best! We really like the lasagna, too. The only issue I have is when I request a quiet booth, it starts out that way, but before our food even arrives, they move tables together and seat a very loud, large party right next to us. I wish they had one room in which they would only seat small parties, to respect that lower noise request for those with chronic headaches or those unable to filter individual voices through the crowds.

Service was poor, ordered garlic bread, but was served mozzarella bread. Waitress apologized that the incorrect item was made, but didn’t remove it from our bill nor did she make an effort to correct the item. You had to ask for refills on water and food was served room temperature.

We had a group of 31 that walked in along with another group of 30 as well as a group of 40. They handled themselves with grace and never once made us feel they were overwhelmed when any restaurant would have been. Our servers were great and had a wonderful attitude with our kids. The experience was wonderful for the group. We highly recommend this location for others.

The restaurant was old outdated. Numerous pictures on the walls that were just collecting dust and some of them were inappropriate. The restaurant look like it was not touched for at least 20 to 30 years. The food was served poorly and tasted mediocre. We ordered a pizza which had a terrible crust and tomato sauce was straight out of the can. I would not use this place for any celebrations but only if you are really hungry.

I love the restaurant it totally looks like a slice of Italy. The food was incredible with what may seem like high prices but when you see the serving size you’ll disagree. Great food for a great price. We will definitely return for our Italian food needs. Great job at the restaurant decoration and set up, it looked awesome.

We are repeat customers because we love the food and service. We generally stick to ordering the same thing each time, because we love our choices. Our go-tos are the apple-gorgonzola salad, the lasagne, and the brownie sundae. Yummy! If you get triggered by photos of buxomy women in low cut blouses, I suggest you find somewhere else to dine.
