We made reservations for Mother's Day dinner and we were seated very promptly. However everybody seem to have forgotten that we were sitting there and waited 45 minutes for a server to come and introduce themselves to us and get us our drinks. I repeat, 45 minutes for somebody to come get us drinks, not even take our orders. Truly unbelievable. On top of that, they did not offer any discounts whatsoever for their lack of service.

No gluten free noodles after I was told over the phone that was available. Food was fair and not as good as I remember. Service was fair as we had to wait quite a long time in between and also for our check. Waiter brought another drink for my husband when he didn’t order it but he took it bc he brought it. The clams dish my daughter wanted was not available. Overall, not a great experience.

Love the food at Bucca. Would normally give more stars, but they were unable to make all of our requested drinks due to stock. Then, I wanted sausage and peppers and was told they had no peppers so could only have sausage. I passed on that. Eggplant was delicious and very tender and the other dish was also delicious- it was Quattro Al forno ( I think that is the name). Tiramisu was amazing, although the last time we ordered it, it had rum sauce on it, this time it did not. Always a good place for family style dining.

It’s more for families with children, then it will be fun. It’s big servings for couples and one thing, the online menu does not have price stated by the items, personally I think that’s not appropriate. Food is not bad, so it all come down to what you looking for.

Wonderful experience had by 9 “young” ladies celebrating their joint 50th together. Food was excellent, staff were attentive and very good with their recommendations re choices and sizing to order. Family style dining was perfect for our special occasion!

Menu prices have gone over the roof. Our family of 5 shared spaghetti & meatballs, antipasti, and Margherita pizza all for $115. The meal was fair at best. I wonder how old the meatballs were. They were dried out. The only thing that tasted fresh was the bread and salad. The concept of this chain restaurant is stale, to say the least.

I used to go to this place all the time when I was a kid. I love the interesting Italian pictures on the wall. But the food quality has gone way down hill, especially for the price you're paying. I don't recommend. The employees did a great job though.

Well I was super excited to eat there after a 13hr shift , I have previously been to this place before but in phx Az and I loved it … however when I left this location I was pretty disappointed .. don’t get me wrong portions are huge … however I felt like my food was not fresh , it was warm kinda like it had been sitting out for a bit , and everything we tried to order they were out of …. I also felt rushed by the wait staff, I didn’t want to complain i was so tired i didn’t have it in me I just wanted to go home needless to say i was pretty bummed when I left

The waiter was useless, we had to wait for the salad for 25 min after we got pasta, finally the manager got it after we asked for a manager. While waiting, we asked about salad three times with the waiter but he kept saying “I’ll check on it”. After the salad came, his excuse was “well, the order must have got lost.” I wonder what he actually did by “checking”?

Don’t waste your time. Terrible service. Food was not hot and took forever and multiple requests before we got it. Tables next to us were in the same boat. Took one bite of the lasagna which took about 1 1/2 hours to get and it was cold. We got up paid for our drinks and left. Taco Bell would have been a better way to spend our Valentine’s Day. Save yourself the frustration and eat elsewhere.
