   Went here tonight with my Husband and two Children. From the minute we walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Every need was catered for. Our server Amy was excellent, she even came to the rescue when my son dropped his drink down himself and shattered the glass. She made sure he was ok first and foremost. Amy was attentive and friendly, a total diamond! The food was excellent, we will definitely be back! Even the kids were asking when we can come back again! Brilliant service and excellent food. Highly recommend.

   Just a small gripe. As our table was next to the door it was very cold when the door was not closing properly after the takeaway drivers were collecting there orders, it wouldn’t stop me from coming back

    Food was amazing. Service was also amazing. Upstairs was slightly cold but other than that it was very good. Will definitely be back….soon!

    Food was good, but portion sizes on burgers could have been better. Burgers and sides were separate so not good value. The restaurant was nice, good atmosphere, not too loud. But we could have had just as nice elsewhere for about 1/3 less. I expected a bit more having heard people talk so highly of it.

    Chicken wings had very little meat on them. Burger’s were ok chips expensive. Sauce was expensive would not rush back tbh

    Really slow service, we were ignored on multiple occasions whilst staff seemed to be hanging around not doing much. One person seemed busy, I think she was the supervisor? The others were sullen and bored looking. They didn't seem to understand the importance of a dairy allergy - which was a little frightening to be honest. Out of the 5 beers we ordered in total 3 of them were really warm :/ even the replacements were tepid but no-one checked up on us to see. The chicken burger was brown and burnt but by this point we knew there was no point in saying anything. Overall just really really awful all around - we will never be back!

    The food was fine, I enjoyed the mozzarella bites and the vegan burger. However there were MANY mistakes on the bill, and if we had not checked we would have ended up paying over £10 than we should have. Very unhappy and no commercial gesture from the staff.

    Food was excellent however the service was poor. We were told we would be seen in 2 minutes but we waited around 15 minutes from when we were seated before we were asked what we would like to drink and if we were ready to order. Then once we had the food nobody came to round once to ask how things were and when we were visibly finished nobody came to ask if we wanted anything else or the bill. Eventually a server was walking past after serving another table so I asked her for the bill however they must’ve forgotten as the bill never came, after about 20 minutes from asking I eventually just had to go to the bar and ask for the bill before it was eventually brought over. Food was great but unfortunately the service was poor and we were left waiting lengthy periods at a time, I would recommend visiting the George square restaurant instead as the service much better. I would understand if it was really busy as I know what it’s like myself but it wasn’t overly busy. So personally, food was great but we will stick to the George street one.

    The staff were great, but I didn’t like the app ordering, it’s very in personable. The app failed to work and actually it creates a soulless atmosphere which puts me off coming back. You pay a service charge for a waiter to look after you during the meal and why should I pay a service charge if it’s an app.

    Staff are very casual. More interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. Another couple was told they had to eat up or have their food boxed up as it was 10pm "due to licensing laws". They weren't even drinking alcohol. OpenTable takes bookings until 10pm!

    Our first visit to Butta Burger and we enjoyed our meal and food and service were great, no complaints there. Our only negative was that they only had enough milk left for one milkshake (we wanted to order two milkshakes), not sure why this was as we were probably first customers in that day . Which makes me think that they did not have any milk left for any other milkshakes for the rest of the day , which i did find a bit strange.

    Called ahead to confirm if they offer NHS discount and I got confirmation twice on the phone, once from the staff member and once from the manager. Not happy as we most likely would’ve reconsidered going there if they told us they didn’t offer it on the phone

    Really good restaurant, I got the truffle chick and it was probably the best burger i’ve ever had, my boyfriend really enjoyed his too. Good value for money and the £5 drinks were really good for £5. Would definitely come back

    Fantastic food at Butta Burger as per. Be aware the portions are rather large! Would highly recommend the Kiev Fingers and milkshakes - all totally delicious.
