Terrible service. We saw the waiter when we walked in and very little after. Waited to order drinks for a long time and the has to wait to order food. Very inattentive service and super loud. Couldn’t wait to get out.

This is a huge place with a decibel level so high it probably can't be measured. It was impossible to have a conversation with anyone unless you screamed, which everyone seemed to be doing at the same time. The waiters were rushed and had no time to answer your questions and couldn't hear you even if they wanted to answer you. The food was okay but quite expensive for what it was. Bread was extra. You had to order it separately.

Quite a mob scene on a hot Sunday afternoon in May. Reservations imperative. Food came VERY fast, which is good to know if you're dining pre-theater/opera/ballet. Service professional if a bit harried by the crowds. Prices are high, but not out of line with other places in the Lincoln Center neighborhood.

Love this place! Travel hours to get there and sometimes head into city just to enjoy the meal! Can get noisy when crowded - but the feel is like sitting at a big family party.

The lasagna at Cafe Fiorello is not to be missed! Returning after the pandemic there were some changes but a pleasant dining experience, outside. I had to keep asking for water and the bar was a bit slower than usual but we all had a fabulous meal!

When dining in New York, we nearly always go to Fiorello. It's convenient to Lincoln Center and has wonderful antipasto selections, pasta, and veal. Our waitress last night was exceptionally considerate and friendly. We look forward to our next New York meal, which will probably be at Fiorello.

I was 15minutes late due to a traffic jam. The host was very nice and found a table for me right away. I ordered homemade ravioli and garlic bread. Both were excellent. I want to go back many times and try different dishes. Each time I’ve eaten there the food was really good.

A great location - I tickets for concerts at Lincoln Center. The service is good -food good, lots of it. But, the noise level is out of control - at 7:30 pm I think it gets quieter as the evening progresses.

My husband and I had a great lunch here. It was a bit noisy inside where we were seated but there were large parties celebrating graduations so we understood :) service was EXCELLENT and the food came out fast. I would recommend this restaurant :)

Disappointing. Okay it was Friday night before a ballet and opera at Lincoln Center so was packed so maybe there was a good reason for our server being MIA most of the dinner. However she sang the praises of the expensive soft shell crab Dish that was a special. I ordered it but 1 crab was good but the other inedible. Server then admitted she hadn’t tried it but would relate my comment to the chef. I did not eat that crab which was half the dinner. Nothing offered in return. No apology. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Probably pasta on a regular night would be fine but I won’t go back.

We were referred by our friend, who used to live in NYC, to Cafe Fiorello. We were immediately impressed by the ambience of the restaurant and it's staff. Our experience included a delicious garlic loaf & excellent crab cakes, followed by a plate of their famous lasagna and the chicken pepperoni parmigiana. Everything was delicious! Our server was even so kind to bring us complimentary shots of their limoncello - which was also very tasty! If you want a true Italian restaurant that doesn't feel like a tourist attraction, go to Cafe Fiorello!

I like to come here pretty regularly when I attend a performance at Lincoln Center because I like the antipasto bar. I like all the vegetarian options. And my negroni cocktail was spot on. I enjoyed my recent visit, dining outdoors. Pre-Covid, I actually preferred sitting indoors at the antipasto bar. Inevitably I would strike up a great conversation with a neighboring diner. Such fun. Hope to do that more again in the future.
