A few of Capone’s specialities are the Capone’s pizza made with arugula, procuitto and topped with truffle oil, or The Godfather pizza made with pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeños. Food is served Wednesday through Saturday until 1:45 am and Sunday through Tuesday until 11:45 for your convenience and go beautifully with Capone’s wine list or wide selection of bourbons and single-malt scotch. Matt was nice at first but I think maybe the size of our party of 20 was too out for him because once it came time to split checks I went to him not once but twice to help sort the check and the first time he had got everything pulled over to one tab and said he got it then I went back to sit down then after not getting a follow up I went back up to make sure he was bringing the ticket and his response was can you repeat that again you have to go slower and I kid you not 20 minutes prior I sat there and watched him pull the items over to a separate tab so I tell him I’m just gonna go sit down while he figures out the tab since I had already told him the people I wanted on my tab. A few minutes later he comes back and says there was miscommunication and nobody told him how we wanted our checks (my aunt had also went to him as well btw) He then proceeds to throw down 4 black bill folders on the table towards my mom and husband and says “ yall figure it out” and walks off. First off very disrespectful!!! Secondly I get mad because you’re lying on my name to cover yourself because you couldn’t get it together. Staff should be trained for big parties! If they’re not they shouldn’t be put on the tables at all. I go talk to the manager and my husband and mom’s husband gets mad due to the disrespect and him almost hit my mom with the 4 bulky bill folders. I talk to the manager and she is calm but still confused because she has no idea what is going on due to poor training of her employee. I’m standing there trying to sort the bills out and Matt comes along again and interjects himself but no apology. He had charged for stuff that was sent back on top of the new items that had been replaced. The manager was stuck doing damage control and I can say she did what she could to redeem the situation but it was too far gone! The food wasn’t all that good hence the items we were sending back which was only two things but other than that don’t get Matt if you have a big party!

Our first time with a group of friends. Our waiter was great (gave us as much time as we needed and checked on us periodically and with a friendly demeanor), food was tasty (I had Hawaiian pizza, friends had chicken marsala and other pizzas and enjoyed all —no complaints). Drinks were just ok. Desserts pretty yummy! The band played recognizable songs and sounded great, but it did get loud to where we could not hear one another. Parking was decent -you kinda have to know there’s a another parking lot if you enter from the back street. We loved the bookcase bathroom door. 😂 Overall a good experience and would go again. 👍🏽👍🏽

It was my birthday and we had a large party. The food was amazing!! One of the owners came out and greeted, even gave me a free birthday drink!! Would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone!

Food and drinks were excellent. The pizza was awesome and the chicken was amazing. Great cocktails as well. Waitress was very personable and attentive. Make a reservation so you don’t have to wait for a table. The live music was so fun. Nice laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be back

Some of the best brick oven pizza I have had in Houston. The pizzas are not generic options, which makes them even more unique. We tried dessert for the first time and it was amazing. The tiramisu and the chocolate mouse exceeded our expiations.

This by far is the best Italian restaurant in Houston. The food is fantastic. I recommend the truffle Mac and Cheese. Great live music and outstanding service. This is our spot when people visit us in town.

Amazing pizza and food! We were a bit leery as there was nobody or only 3-4 groups in there for a Thursday lunch. However the menu selections we very good, the brick oven pizza and ingredients were fresh and incredible. Even the salad was fresh, crisp and delicious

Came in from out of town and was looking for a place to accommodate 9 persons. Found this location and tried it. Pizzas are smaller than expected but we’re very fast. Had to order 2 more to feed family plus ordered the Alfredo pasta with calamari and bruschetta. Bruschetta was not made correctly. Toasted bread was not toasted and was soggy. Calamari was good. Service was fine. Bathrooms are cool how they are hidden.

The service and food was great. We almost decided to give up…The parking is a big turn off. There is not enough parking due to other establishments. Cars were circling over and over for a spot. We talked to the management and parked in the place designated for employees. Parking really needs to be worked on.

We ordered the bruschetta which was amazing then followed it by a half garlic chicken half godfather pizza. Our server was super friendly. People were dancing and a band was playing. One of the coolest things about this place was the bathrooms. If you go you will know what I mean.

This was my first time to come to this restaurant and I was very disappointed. I wanted the eggplant and they had been out for weeks (so why is it on the menu??), so I got the pizza and salad lunch special. It's a half pizza and small salad. They must cook two pizzas and cut them in half as I told them I was vegetarian and you could see meat on the edge of the pizza. They remade it, and it was so burnt it tasted awful. The salad also was drenched in dressing. I will not be coming back.

Capone's is our go-to for great thin Chicago-style pizza. Food and service are consistently excellent. On this occasion, we went on a Sunday evening so the restaurant was pretty quiet for conversation but typically it is bustling with live music and larger crowds on Friday and Saturday nights (more festive atmosphere).
