First time dining here. It was quite windy that evening but the view made you want to stay. Perfect views of the city! Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner and they were very good. The food servings could have been a little bigger in my opinion for sharing but everything was very tasty. I would definitely dine here again! 🤩

The view was spectacular, valet was courteous and helpful. Our server / hostess Iliana was patient , professional and help us make our decisions for wine appetizers and main course, as well as desserts. She is a fantastic communicator and hostess. Strikingly peaceful, intimate rooftop oasis that overlooks the cityscape makes this a lovely place for a relaxing meal. Food features a kalidescope of fabulous flavors and textures, beautifully presented. Can't wait to return for an evening of great food and glorious views!

Dining at Cara Cara is always a pleasure! We enjoy the vibrant cocktails as well as the wine list, especially the Spanish offerings. The food is delicious and well executed with an abundance of offerings for all diets. Our niece is a vegetarian and Cara Cara is one of her favorite places.

Loved the ambiance and food. Just thought if you make special request( as we did for our first year anniversary) they'd put some effort or be somewhat attentive. Especially if I emphasized it was our first year marriage anniversary. The girl that was first our waitress looked a little annoyed when I asked her to keep food /cocktail menu. She placed her hand in the air to give her the food/cocktail menu instead of reaching over for it. Everything else was good.

The food was excellent but everything else was off. We got the entrees before the appetizer. When we ordered a second round of drinks they were made completely different. We asked for limes and got lemons. When we got the bill it had other tables items added to our bill. Watch out for when they ask you about water. They charge you $7 for a bottle of water when you think your just ordering regular water. Ask for tap water, they don’t offer it up front. Servers ignored you and stood talking to each other until you called someone over. No offer for more food, drink refills or dessert.

My girlfriend and I went to Cara Cara preceding a concert at Crypto Arena, and the location was perfect. I once there we were treated to an amazing view, exceptional service, and the food was remarkable. I highly recommend Cara Cara for any occasion. I look forward to going back real soon.

Probably the nicest, cleanest and best food rooftop spot in DTLA. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The avocado appetizer and branzino entree were DELICIOUS. Definitely coming back here.

Exceptional: View, ambiance and service. Excellent: Drinks, Fries and Red Snapper dish. Just OK: Peri-Peri Chicken (usually one of my favorites but this time it was dry as opposed to moist and scrumptious). Not Good: Pork Tacos (they had so much going for them but turned out dry. Not even an excellent green salsa sauce was able to save it). Will definitely be back. Will give it another chance. Did I say that staff is amazing, friendly and attentive.

Me and my sister really enjoyed our girls 👭 gathering. The meal was very tasty and fulfilling. The staff was so ever friendly and professional. The Rooftop was so beautiful overlooking the downtown Los Angeles area. The music that was playing was so entertaining and had me dancing in my seat. I will definitely be back to dine for thr wonderful experience I had.

We had a wonderful time, again. Our guest from Dallas thoroughly enjoyed the great food. Of note, I was very disappointed that the kitchen sent the fish and steak separately - causing our guest to refrain from starting. The delay was significant and only required Chef to better time the kitchen. Please, do better. See you soon, Ron

CaraCara has amazing views of DTLA and you’re always greeted at the entrance with warmth. The food and drink menu has a variety of options. Audrey, the rooftop bartender is so attentive and makes the experience so worthwhile. I’ve had nothing but a great experience each visit. In the future, I can even see the restaurant doing brunch on the weekends! The hotel should give it a try. Highly recommended.
