   Bartender and server were not there for our Reservation time for lunch. Waitress from another restaurant in the hotel was covering good service. Coffee was great. Pretty place.

   Went for a fixed menu for Valentine’s Day and really appreciated that there was a vegetarian option for each course. Would highly recommend the chef continue to offer flexible options. Everything was delicious! Great service and nice atmosphere as well.

   Deborah did an outstanding providing us with friendly, attentive service. We started with the kale salad with tahini dressing, which was a very generous portion for 2; we took half of it home. Our entrees included the roast duck with tasty parsnip, satsuma sauce, fennel and the cioppino. It was prepared perfectly at medium rare temperature. The cioppino had a tasty tomato sauce with salmon, large shrimp, calamari/octopus served delicious slices of bread. We finished with the mille feuille/napoleon with a seasonal squash cream; the pastry was light and crisp and the squash was lightly sweetened and light. We had a very lovely evening out enjoying a creative culinary menu.

   I appreciated them being open on Christmas. Our server was fabulous. The food choices are pretty minimal. The burger was fine, but nothing special. The shrimp was ok but the crispy rice was strange. The cocktails were well done.

    Went for the Xmas eve dinner package. The beef Wellington was amazing! Our server was great and atmosphere really made it a great evening. Highly recommend for dinner and they have a great drink menu if your just in the mood for a cocktail.

    Went for Christmas Eve and food was very disappointing and very overpriced for what we got. It was like pre prepared frozen food. Service was also slow and they weren’t busy. $18 valet parking charge is also ridiculous when other much better restaurants in the area have free valet. Will not return.

    Your waitress sat me down and for 1/2 an hour I could not get her attention. She just ignored me completely. Second you fraud people by promising a Latin band would be playing at 8 pm hahahaha I left at 9 no band there. You just wanted people there to sell your drinks

    The food was amazing!!! You have a choice to sit outdoors, at the bar, or at a table. I have the “Duck Fat Brioche”, “Tomato Soup Bisque”, and “Roasted Poulet Rouge”. Yes, I dipped brioche into the tomato bisque. I wanted to desert but could not eat another bit, the portions were heathy. I will be returning for another visit.

    We were in from out of town and met friends for dinner here and had a great experience. I enjoyed a salad and the steak frites. Everything was prepared and cooked wonderfully. The Aviation cocktail was amazing. Service was friendly and on point. We liked it so much we came back for lunch the next day where I had the best burger and fries I have ever had. Excellent food, service, and ambiance.

    Signage and directions to get to the space is non existent. The hotel desk clerk was dismissive and aloof when she told me "down the hall to the left." there was no host. we had to approach the bar to inform them we had a reservation and were "pointed to a table on the banquette. the outside patio was not offered although the weather was perfect. the appetizer duck confit was dry and under seasoned. The manager asked and I answered honestly. The manager offered to replace it which was appreciated but unnecessary as we were ready for the next course. My ribeye was good but the fish was dry and under seasoned as well. We wish them well but, the deficiencies were glaring and need to be addressed. Also, for a French theme, the music was not... Sorry, I hope they fix this for the sake of Alpharetta.

    Made a reservation for 6 at 7:15 pm. When we showed up the bar was packed and there was no one to greet you. We tracked down a waiter to explain we were here for dinner and had a reservation. Despite only one other person eating at a set dining table, they sat us at a empty high top. They brought us menus and water and we ordered cocktails and it took over 30 min to get them to us. Had hoped to order apps but no one came to get an order from us the entire time we waited for drinks. There was what appeared to be 2 managers walking around but they were oblivious. The bar was loud and was taking all the attention of the staff, and there was little hope that we would get apps or dinner within a reasonable time. Waitress delivered drinks and then asked if we wanted to order food and we said we had decided to just have cocktails. A manager came over and asked if he could take our menus since we didn’t need them anymore and never inquired about our decision to leave. At 7:45 we booked a reservation at nearby spot for 8:30 and left at 8:10 having only had a drink. In my opinion, this is a hotel bar and not a restaurant. Menu looked like it could have been good, but we will never know. Wouldn’t recommend for people looking for a dinner spot that’s in line w typical open table listings.

    Service was excellent, entertainment, and drinks were excellent. However, the food is over priced, scarce and bland. I ordered the seared salmon, the salmon didn't appear to have any seasoning, the chopped vegetables in the sauce were tasty but there certainly should have been a larger serving of vegetables for the price of the meal!! The dinner rolls were made with duck oil and it was horrible which was really disappointing because the bread was light and fluffy and looked like it would be good until you bit into it. Yikes! I would omit the duck oil because it gave the bread a weird taste. Suggestion just use plain oil. The place is really nice but the food will keep people from eating there because there's too many great places in the area to get a really good meal at a reasonable price. If you get the price and value right, the crowd will come and keep coming. I would recommend Carries to a friend for drinks only. My two cents!!

    The restaurant within the hotel has really gone downhill since it opened. We were seated at an awkward, small, tall table for 4, located smack in the middle of foot traffic, when there were other tables available, since the restaurant was empty. We received 2 different menus, one for Carrie’s and one for Fulton’s, which some dishes appeared on both menus at different prices. The cheese board appetizer was a joke with 3 crackers. Dinners were mediocre at best, just getting by. We will not choose this restaurant again unless we hear it has greatly improved. There are so many other restaurants in downtown Alpharetta to enjoy.

    I had booked a table a week in advance for 4. When we arrived, the side entrance to Carrie's was closed due to a private event. They sat us inside after waiting 10 mins for someone to come to the hostess stand inside the hotel. We were seated at the different restaurant and had to ask several times for the Carrie's menu. We got drinks from the bar as the server we had was so slow and couldn't find a drinks list. Food was good, but sitting in the hotel lobby pretty much was awful, no atmosphere at all. They should not have taken my booking knowing full well we would not be seated at Carrie's.

    Had a nice business lunch on the porch. It was a gorgeous day. Laura was our waitress and she was wonderful. She went out of her way to be helpful in trying to turn on the outdoor heaters. We both had the Waldorf salads.

    We really enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere. We were seated near the bar where the saxophone player was. He did a fantastic job. The food was good. However, the service was not good. But, it looked like there was only one waiter in that area and we were certainly giving you guys the benefit of the doubt under these pandemic situation with employers and lack of help. Otherwise, it was a wonderful evening and I look forward to going back. I don’t think a lot of people know about this restaurant. I didn’t until I called the hotel because I wanted to be close to Roaring Social that night, which turned out to be a bomb with hardly anyone there. Lol. We still had a good Valentine’s Day my friend had a great birthday!

    The food and potential atmosphere were good. I say potential atmosphere as they started playing super loud music starting at 8 pm. Before that stupid decision the atmosphere was great. The loud music ruined the atmosphere and was ridiculous. They are obviously short staffed and need to upgrade some of their front of the house staff. The service was very slow. The food was very good, despite being out of multiple key items on the menu. The food came out quickly. This place has a lot of potential and needs some staff upgrades and needs to time the loud music to start later, especially when you are accepting Open Table dinner reservations at 8.

    When we arrived I indicated that we had reservations and the receptionist indicated that sorry but they wasn't any availability. After some discussion she checked with the manager and found us a table. The food was good but not great. The acoustics are not good if you want to have conversations and it became a lot worse around 8pm when they started playing music extremely loud. Maybe they want to be more of a bar than a restaurant.
