This is our third visit. The staff is wonderful, the service is very good, also. We have yet to have a good meal. The food is mediocre at best and we’ve had mistakes every time. The menu is limited enough that the food should be much better. I say this as an Italian family who was in the restaurant business for 30+ years. We will continue visiting d/t the delightful staff and proximity to home. Hopefully, the food will improve as we would like them to succeed

We visited for Mother's Day and was pleased with our experience. This is a newish restaurant in a shopping plaza and prices seem a bit on the higher end considering the location. We had escargot and rice balls as appetizers and both items were good. The entrees were also good - eggplant parm, chicken parm, and stuffed ravioli. My daughter requested a sauce change and they obliged. Everything tasted freshly prepared and we had excellent service. They also have a little bar area that looks inviting. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area and want Italian.

Decent place. Food wasn’t bad. Service good. Ambiance good. Wine selection awful and way over priced. They are charging $55 for a $10 bottle of wine. I really wanted a good bottle of wine and was willing to pay. Definitely not Johnnys.

Really enjoyed Casa D'Italia for the 2nd time. Had a couple issues, but the manager quickly came to our table, offered options, and was very receptive to suggestions. Wasn't crazy about the $3 share plate charge, especially since our bill was over $200. Thought that could've been waived for larger checks, but overall would recommend.

Lasagna with Bolognese outstanding. Portion very large. Sauce (gravy) as good as home. Wine selection ( just got liquor license this week) was good. Service….a bit disorganized, seemed like waitress was new, but Paul, the manager noticed and stepped in to help as did another staff member.

Sat at the bar even though we had a table reservation. Paul is the best bartender and very attentive to his patrons sitting at the bar. The drinks and food were spot on and very delicious. The veal piccata was tender and the penne pasta perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken francese with linguini pasta. It was prepared to perfection! The bruschetta app was awesome too! The 2 guys sitting next to us raved about the mussels and “the tour of Italy” with its variety and portions of lasagna, chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs! Definitely our favorite place to go when going into town or driving isn’t an option!

These folks still having startup woes. Drink order was wrong. Waitress did not take back. Main course was brought out before salad. Veal dishes needed more prep. Veal was tough and chewy. Needed more beating. Waitress was attentive but pushy. First $95. meal that was expressed through in 40 minutes. Would have spent more time at Burger King.

Visited this restaurant based on recommendations from other people - decor was tasteful, staff was very efficient. Unfortunately the food was not that great for the prices. The bread was dry and the entrees were edible, but not very good. Won’t be back -

Very limited gluten free options. Lack of knowledge regarding gluten free food. All but one protein dish made with flour. Could not confirm seasonings for dishes. Clean restaurant, waitress friendly and timely service. GF spaghetti was cooked Al dente and marinara sauce was good. Food served was not pleasing to the eye - dumped on the plate with sauce on top - not appetizing. Will not return.

First time dining here…Heard good reviews. Ambiance was plain but clean, all servers were very nice, bread basket was ok(rolls a bit hard and oil had too much herbs), Caesar salad was good and the lasagna and chicken parmigiana were delicious! Wish the plates had been real and not plastic, would have held the heat better for the food. Will be back for sure!

Pasta was overcooked and meal only lukewarm when delivered to table. Risotto balls tasteless and not like any we've ever had before. I realize that the restaurant has recently opened, but we are Italian and we were not impressed.

The restaurant does not have a liquor license yet. We were told that you also could not bring your own bottle. It is a new restaurant so it is going through growing pains.
